The deal strengthens Comply365’s AI capabilities and advances its strategy to build an AI-powered platform across operations, safety, and training management for its global customers.
Liberty Hall Capital Partners has acquired Paxia, Inc., a Herndon, Virginia–based provider of SaaS onboard services and airline catering management software, from TELEO Capital (which will retain a minority interest).
