Argano has acquired Pharosity Consulting, a life‑sciences-focused consulting firm specializing in gross‑to‑net, government pricing, commercial contracting, and advanced analytics. The deal, announced January 27 and closed in December 2025, expands Argano's life sciences capabilities and deepens its finance, revenue, and analytics offerings for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Southfield Capital has made a strategic growth investment in The Perfect Franchise (TPF), a franchise advisory and consulting firm, to support the company's expansion and enhance its advisory platform. TPF will remain under current leadership with founder and CEO Mark Schnurman continuing to run day-to-day operations while Southfield provides capital, operational support, and strategic resources.

Business Development Resources (BDR) has acquired the Plumbing CEO brand and appointed its founder, Nate Agentis, as Director of the Plumbing Vertical. Elixirr, the London-based challenger consultancy, has acquired U.S. management consultancy Insigniam to expand its capabilities and U.S. footprint. The deal brings Insigniam's team and expertise in organizational breakthroughs, innovation and transformation into Elixirr as the firm pursues accelerated growth and broader service offerings in the U.S. and European markets.

Long Nyquist & Associates has acquired Pugliese Associates, combining the two Harrisburg-based government relations firms to create the largest standalone lobbying firm serving Pennsylvania. Good Leadership Enterprises, a Minneapolis-based leadership development firm, has acquired Interaction Dynamics Group (IDG), a Pennsylvania-based leadership consultancy. The deal expands Sia Partners' US footprint—adding a Philadelphia office and 50+ consultants—and strengthens its capabilities in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Communications, Manufacturing and Chemical sectors.

PennSpring Capital, a Lancaster-based lower middle market investment firm, has acquired Mechanicsburg-based M&A advisory firm Norton Jackson & Company. The deal brings Norton Jackson's founding principals into PennSpring to strengthen the firm's sell-side advisory capabilities for regional business owners in South Central Pennsylvania.

Approximately 160 IBB Consulting professionals joined Accenture Strategy's Communications, Media & Technology practice to expand Accenture's strategy capabilities for CMT clients; financial terms were not disclosed.
