Centre Lane Affiliate Acquires Assets of Hollander Sleep Products

An entity affiliated with Centre Lane Partners completed the acquisition of certain assets of Hollander Sleep Products, LLC out of Chapter 11 and recapitalized the business. Hollander, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, is a leading North American designer and manufacturer of pillows, comforters, mattress pads and other bedding products and will operate as a revitalized platform under Centre Lane's ownership.

3Z Brands Acquires Nolah Sleep

3Z Brands has acquired Nolah Sleep, adding the sleep-technology mattress brand to its vertically-integrated direct-to-consumer mattress platform. Nolah will continue to operate under its independent brand alongside 3Z’s other sleep brands (Helix Sleep, Brooklyn Bedding, Bear Mattress), allowing 3Z to expand its product capabilities and DTC market presence in the United States.

Tempur Sealy (Somnigroup) Acquires Mattress Firm

Tempur Sealy International, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Mattress Firm, the U.S.'s largest mattress specialty retailer, in a transaction first announced at an approximate $4.0 billion enterprise value and completed in February 2025 with a reported total purchase price of roughly $5.0 billion. The deal was funded with approximately $2.7 billion of cash and the issuance of 34.2 million Tempur Sealy shares; following closing Tempur Sealy renamed itself Somnigroup International and will operate Mattress Firm as a decentralized business unit while divesting a portion of retail locations and the Sleep Outfitters business to MW SO Holdings (Mattress Warehouse).

Brooklyn Bedding and Helix Sleep Acquire Bear Mattress
