Celnor Group Acquires John Turner Consulting

UK-based testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform Celnor Group has acquired John Turner Consulting (JTC), a New Hampshire–based geotechnical, materials testing and environmental consulting firm. The deal — Celnor's first expansion outside the UK and Ireland and an add-on to the Inflexion‑backed platform — keeps founder John Turner in place and adds roughly 150 employees across eight New England offices.
