Atar Capital completed the sale of its affiliate, Keypoint Intelligence (KPI), to Total Specific Solutions (TSS), an operating group within Constellation Software Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal follows seven years of expansion that built KPI into a global market intelligence, testing, and advisory platform powered by its bliQ and related offerings.
