Rockbridge-backed CheckedUp has acquired Health Media Network (HMN), a Norwalk, Connecticut-based provider of digital point-of-care patient education and wellness content. Comvest Credit Partners acted as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support CheckedUp's acquisition of HMN and the combined platform's future growth.
