CheckedUp Acquires Health Media Network

CheckedUp, a Rockbridge Growth Equity-backed point-of-care digital patient education company, has acquired Health Media Network (HMN) to create one of the nation's largest specialty-focused digital point-of-care advertising networks. The deal — financed with senior debt from Comvest — expands CheckedUp's network breadth across medical specialties and enhances its content and in-office digital offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
