Octopus, founded in 2010, serves primarily healthcare and education customers across Canada and France and supports more than 250,000 users; Banyan says it will support the company's growth while preserving founder leadership.

Publicis Groupe Acquires Bespoke Sports & Entertainment

Bespoke — founded in 2014 and based in Charlotte — will retain its leadership team and name and is expected to expand its sports and experiential capabilities leveraging Publicis' scale; financial terms were not disclosed.

Publicis Groupe Acquires Lotame and Integrates It into Epsilon

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire data and identity company Lotame and will integrate the business into its Epsilon data platform to expand global identity and data capabilities. The deal (subject to customary closing conditions) will combine Lotame's presence in 109 countries and 1.6 billion IDs with Publicis/Epsilon's profiles to reach roughly 4 billion profiles and enable reach to about 91% of adult internet users globally.

Publicis Groupe Acquires Influential

Publicis Groupe has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Influential, the world's largest influencer marketing company and platform. The deal brings Influential's AI-powered platform, access to over 3.5 million creators, and extensive creator data together with Publicis' Epsilon data and global scale to expand Publicis' influencer and ID-driven marketing capabilities; the transaction is expected to close in late August 2024, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

T-Mobile Acquires Octopus Interactive

The deal brings Octopus's rideshare advertising capabilities and audience reach into T-Mobile's ad-tech offering, powering drivers' devices on T-Mobile's network and expanding Marketing Solutions' out-of-home advertising inventory.
