The acquisition will integrate Populus' mobility and curb-data platform with IPS's parking, payment and enforcement systems to expand IPS's smart mobility capabilities for municipalities, universities, transportation agencies and private operators.

Dotdigital Group plc Acquires Social Snowball for $35M
