Signicat has acquired Inverid, the Dutch provider of NFC-based identity verification and creator of the ReadID solution, from majority shareholder Main Capital and the founders for an undisclosed sum. The deal brings Inverid's NFC document-verification capability into Signicat's pan-European digital identity platform, accelerating product capability expansion and enabling immediate technological and commercial synergies.

MSQ Acquires United Digital Group (UDG)

MSQ has acquired United Digital Group (UDG), a €40m-revenue, 350-strong German digital customer experience agency, to build a pan‑European digital customer experience and tech powerhouse. The deal, which adds UDG's design, engineering and technical delivery capabilities to MSQ's global network, is part of MSQ's PE-backed growth strategy supported by One Equity Partners and LDC; UDG was previously part of PIA Group (owned by Equistone).

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

CACI International acquired Ashburn, Virginia–based ID Technologies, a mid-tier provider of enterprise IT, CSfC-compliant cybersecurity products, and managed services to U.S. federal customers. The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.

HID Global Acquires Omni-ID

HID Global, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, has acquired Omni-ID, a Rochester-based manufacturer of rugged RAIN UHF RFID tags and industrial IoT hardware. The acquisition strengthens HID’s RFID and IoT capabilities — including passive UHF temperature sensing and active/tagging technologies — and expands its sales and manufacturing footprint in India and China.

PIA Group (Equistone-backed) Acquires UDG United Digital Group from EQT
