UpSwell, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, has acquired Taradel, a Glen Allen, Virginia–based leader in Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and self-service digital marketing. The acquisition, finalized December 24, 2024, expands UpSwell's self-service ecommerce capabilities and adds Taradel's strategic partnerships with USPS, Canada Post and major U.S. retailers to better serve SMBs and franchise customers.
