Vertiv Acquires BMarko Structures

Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) announced that it has acquired BMarko Structures LLC, a U.S. provider of custom-engineered structural fabrication. The deal is intended to vertically integrate structural fabrication capabilities into Vertiv’s Infrastructure Solutions business to improve speed, supply chain control, and customization for manufactured and converged infrastructure used in data centers and AI deployments.
