Capacity, an AI-powered support automation platform, has acquired CereProc (Edinburgh) and SmartAction (Fort Worth) to deepen its voice, text-to-speech and virtual-agent offerings for contact centers. The deals (terms confidential) bring CereProc's speech-synthesis technology and SmartAction's NOVA virtual-agent platform and talent into Capacity's omnichannel support platform to accelerate capability expansion for its ~1,900+ customers.
