Zeta Global to Acquire LiveIntent in $250 Million Deal

Zeta Global, an AI-powered marketing cloud company, agreed to acquire LiveIntent for total consideration of $250 million (cash-on-hand plus common stock), subject to customary adjustments. The deal is designed to expand Zeta’s identity graph and data cloud, enter/scale publisher monetization through LiveIntent’s premium publisher network, and accelerate Zeta’s mobile and retail media offerings. Zeta later announced the acquisition was completed.
