Dental Acquisitions in Connecticut

Abra Health Group has acquired All About Kids Pediatric Dentistry, adding four Connecticut locations and marking Abra's expansion into its third state. The practice will operate under the Abra umbrella with continuity of care, and Abra plans to open a new Bridgeport, Connecticut location in 2025.

Dental365 has acquired Shoreline Dental Associates, a long-standing dental practice in Guilford, Connecticut led by Dr. Riham Kalta. The deal expands Dental365's footprint in Connecticut as part of its continued roll-up of local dental practices.

Archway Dental Partners has acquired Pediatric Dental Center of Avon in a transaction advised by TUSK Practice Sales. The pediatric dental practice, founded and led by Dr. Jeanmarie Cosgrove, will join Archway's multi-specialty Connecticut network as an add-on to expand the platform's local footprint and pediatric care offerings.

Martis Capital and Din Ventures announced a growth investment in Archway Dental Partners, a Danbury, Connecticut-based dental partnership supporting 70 dentists across 23 locations. The capital will support Archway Dental's expansion as it aims to become a leading multi-specialty dental provider across New England and the Northeast.

Knight Dental Group, Inc. completed a 100% asset acquisition of York Dental Laboratory, Inc. on May 12, 2017. The acquisition strengthens Knight's presence in the Northeastern United States and adds York's full-service dental lab capabilities and technology expertise to Knight's growing network.
