Pathful, the Raleigh-based career readiness and development company, has acquired Jobready360 to integrate its College and Career Readiness (CCR), Work-Based Learning (WBL), and Career and Technical Education (CTE) capabilities into Pathful's platform. The acquisition expands Pathful's product capabilities and customer base—adding hundreds of school district customers and the Jobready360 team to deliver a more comprehensive K-12 career readiness solution. Terms were not disclosed.

Tyler Technologies has acquired Edu.Link Incorporated (Edulink), a Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania-based provider of K‑12 educator evaluation, compliance tracking, and workflow automation software. The acquisition expands Tyler's School ERP HR capabilities by integrating Edulink's PAETEP and Comply products to provide unified HR, compliance, and operational workflows for K‑12 districts.

EnterOne has acquired Lumious in an acqui-hire to broaden its IT learning and development capabilities, particularly in cloud, DevOps, and AI-driven training. Lumious will continue to operate under its brand during the transition while leveraging EnterOne’s global infrastructure to expand service offerings across North America.

360training.com, Inc. has acquired Ready Training Online (RTO), a provider of eLearning and compliance training for convenience stores and restaurants. The deal expands 360training’s industry-specific learning management and compliance training offerings, integrating RTO’s catalog and customer relationships into 360training’s portfolio to better serve service and retail employers.

Fairmount Soccer Association, Philadelphia City FC (formerly Palumbo Soccer Club) and United Philly Soccer Club have merged to create Inter Philly (Philadelphia International Football Club), a unified youth soccer organization serving Philadelphia. The consolidation pools coaching, facilities, and administrative resources to expand competitive and recreational programming and enhance player development across the city beginning Fall 2025.

Cordance, a Raleigh-based software company that acquires and accelerates vertically focused B2B SaaS businesses, made a strategic growth investment in Campus Kaizen. Campus Kaizen — an education software provider of case management and student housing solutions — will operate as an independently managed business unit within Cordance to expand Cordance's EdTech offerings and scale Campus Kaizen's products and services.

Whiteboard Advisors, the San Francisco-based edtech strategy and consulting firm, has acquired ETCH (Ed Tech Career Home), a publisher and job-board/database for the edtech ecosystem. ETCH founder Matt Tower will join Whiteboard Advisors as Vice President and Editor of a new Whiteboard Media publication, The EdSheet; the acquisition expands Whiteboard's research, newsletter and subscription offerings for education investors and operators.

Carnegie (Carnegie Dartlet LLC), a New Heritage Capital–backed higher education enrollment marketing firm, has acquired Fire Engine RED's Student Search service and team. The acquisition expands Carnegie’s Student Search capabilities—enabling service for both Slate and non-Slate CRM clients—and brings additional talent and strategic enrollment search capabilities into Carnegie’s platform as an add-on to its existing services.

TPH Academy has acquired Method Hockey and will establish a new TPH Philly campus at Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Method Hockey founders Jamie Lundmark and Kevin Holt remain in the ownership group as TPH integrates Method’s coaching and programming into its academy model to expand local hockey development offerings.

FullBloom has acquired EmpowerU, a provider of evidence-based, technology-enabled mental health and resilience programs for K-12 students. The acquisition integrates EmpowerU's online platform and one-to-one master's-level coaching into FullBloom's suite of student and educator services to expand mental health, behavioral supports, and scalable counseling capacity for school districts.

Securly, a Golden Gate Capital-backed K-12 student safety and wellness platform, has acquired Eduspire Solutions, a provider of e-hallpass and flex period management software for K-12 schools. The deal adds on-campus student movement and scheduling capabilities to Securly's whole-student success platform to better support student safety and wellness across districts.

The Riverside Company has acquired Applied Educational Systems (AES), a Lancaster, Pennsylvania–based provider of digital career and technical education curriculum. AES will be integrated as an add-on to Riverside’s iCEV platform to expand iCEV’s SaaS-based K–12 and career-technical curriculum offerings and broaden reach across U.S. schools and career centers.

Sycamore Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Goddard Systems, the franchisor of The Goddard School, from an affiliate of Wind River Holdings, L.P. Goddard Systems is headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and licenses nearly 600 franchise locations that serve more than 80,000 students across 37 states and Washington, D.C.

Brookes Publishing has acquired the complete list of titles from Caslon Publishing, a Philadelphia-based publisher focused on multilingual language and literacy education. The acquisition expands Brookes' offerings for educators serving culturally and linguistically diverse learners and brings Caslon's authors and customers into the Brookes portfolio.

Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC) made a growth investment in Soccer Shots, a youth soccer franchisor headquartered in Pennsylvania, to scale its franchise system and serve as the platform for a broader youth enrichment initiative called Stronger Youth Brands. Terms were not disclosed; Soccer Shots' existing management and founders remain in leadership roles while SPC will support expansion and franchise growth.

Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. (GTII) executed a member unit purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Classroom Salon Holdings, LLC, the holding vehicle for Classroom Salon, LLC, an education-technology platform developed in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University. In consideration, GTII will issue 10,000,000 shares of its common stock; the acquisition aims to expand GTII's product offerings in educational software and learning analytics.

American Securities LLC has acquired 100% of FullBloom from The Vistria Group. FullBloom is a provider of K‑12 special education and behavioral health solutions serving hundreds of school districts and tens of thousands of students and educators; the company expanded via five acquisitions under Vistria and grew EBITDA substantially during the hold period.

Huron Consulting Group announced on December 2, 2021 that it has acquired Whiteboard Higher Education, a student enrollment advisory firm. The acquisition brings Whiteboard’s recruitment, retention, pricing and financial aid analytics capabilities into Huron’s Education operating segment; terms were not disclosed and the entire Whiteboard team will join Huron.

Liaison International acquired Othot, a Pittsburgh-based provider of AI-driven predictive and prescriptive analytics for higher education, to expand its strategic enrollment management capabilities. The purchase (announced April 21–22, 2021) brings Othot's enrollment and student-success analytics into Liaison's suite of products (including TargetX, EMP and CAS); Tyton Partners advised Othot on the transaction.

Two Sigma Impact and BayPine, with participation from Everberg Capital, made a growth investment in Penn Foster to accelerate the company's data-driven digital learning platform. The capital will be used to pair advanced labor-market analytics and data science with skills-based digital learning to expand Penn Foster's ability to upskill frontline workers and partner with employers.

Learning Care Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm American Securities LLC, has acquired U-GRO Learning Centres, a 14-school early childhood education operator in Central Pennsylvania. The transaction closed December 31, 2020 and expands Learning Care Group's footprint in Pennsylvania by adding U-GRO's ~1,900-student network to its portfolio of preschool brands.

Inverness Graham-backed Syntrio has acquired KnowledgeStart, a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based provider of Diversity & Inclusion eLearning content and facilitation services. The add-on expands Syntrio's D&I course library and training capabilities as part of Inverness Graham's strategy to grow Syntrio's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) learning platform.

Liaison International acquired TargetX to expand its higher-education technology suite and complete a full student lifecycle solution by combining Liaison’s application, enrollment marketing and CAS capabilities with TargetX’s Salesforce-based CRM and retention tools. The combined offering will serve nearly 1,500 campuses and broaden Liaison’s reach across undergraduate, graduate and community college markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Collegis Education has acquired Education Management Solutions (EMS) from Renovus Capital Partners. The deal adds EMS’s simulation-based learning management software and related services to Collegis’s higher-education managed services portfolio, expanding its education technology capabilities for higher education and healthcare training customers.

Chegg, Inc. acquired Mathway, a popular math solver with subscribers in approximately 100 countries, for approximately $100 million in cash plus up to $15 million in potential contingent payments. The acquisition adds Mathway's step-by-step solver, multi-language support and live expert help to Chegg's direct-to-student learning platform to expand math subject coverage and international reach.

Lafayette-based KPA, a provider of EHS and workforce compliance software and services, has acquired Multimedia Training Systems (MTS), a Pittsburgh-based safety training company known for life-saving video programs and an LMS used across the manufacturing and steel industries. The purchase expands KPA's training and LMS capabilities and is an add-on to its PE-backed platform.

The Riverside Company has acquired Red Nucleus Enterprises, LLC, a Yardley, Pennsylvania-based provider of digital learning and regulatory compliance services for the life sciences industry. Renovus Capital Partners sold the company to Riverside but retained a minority equity stake and will continue to support future growth; Riverside plans to expand Red Nucleus's training offerings, technology capabilities and pursue add-on acquisitions.

BTS Group AB has agreed to acquire the operations and assets of Rapid Learning Institute LLC, a Philadelphia-based provider of leadership and sales microlearning. The deal gives BTS access to Rapid Learning's library of 200+ proprietary microlearning modules, 2,500+ articles, a base of recurring-license clients, and inside-sales/customer-success capabilities to accelerate digital and recurring revenue growth.

NexPhase Capital has acquired Surgent Professional Education, a provider of exam preparation and continuing professional education (CPE) for accounting, finance and healthcare professionals. The transaction, sold by Spire Capital Partners, will support Surgent's platform expansion through investments in product, technology, sales and marketing and potential add-on acquisitions.

Renovus Capital Partners, a Philadelphia-area private equity firm, has provided senior debt financing and made an investment in The NCHERM Group, LLC (TNG) to support the company’s expansion of services and build out its management team. The financing will enable TNG — a provider of campus risk management, Title IX compliance, and behavioral intervention training for K‑12 and higher education institutions — to scale its offerings and better serve existing clients nationwide.

LINQ, a Wilmington, North Carolina–based K‑12 administrative software provider, has acquired Registration Gateway, the online registration suite from Pennsylvania‑based SRC Solutions, Inc. The acquisition integrates Registration Gateway's student registration and records management capabilities into LINQ's broader K‑12 administrative platform to expand product functionality for school districts nationwide.
