Electrical Services Acquisitions in Pennsylvania

ArchKey Solutions has acquired Orlando Diefenderfer Electrical Contractors, a long-established electrical contracting firm headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The acquisition adds regional scale to ArchKey's national installation and integrated facilities services platform, expanding its footprint and service capabilities in the Lehigh Valley.

PennSpring Capital has completed a majority acquisition of Refresh LED, a Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania-based provider of LED video walls and displays serving houses of worship, universities and commercial clients. Refresh LED founder and CEO Josh Dominguez retains material ownership and will continue to lead the business while PennSpring plans to invest in sales and expand the company's end markets, including education.

Sciens Building Solutions, a Carlyle-backed holding company focused on fire detection and security services, has acquired Eastern Time, Inc. (ETI), a life-safety systems integrator based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The add-on expands Sciens' presence and life-safety capabilities in Northeast and Central Pennsylvania.

IMB Partners has made a majority growth investment in Carr & Duff, a Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania-based specialty electrical construction contractor; the Duff family will remain involved and retain meaningful ownership. Gemspring Capital provided a strategic minority equity investment to support IMB's transaction, while MidCap Financial provided senior debt financing.

Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTSI), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired The Protection Bureau, a security and life-safety systems integrator headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania. The add-on expands CTSI's Mid-Atlantic footprint and central station monitoring capabilities while accelerating the platform's growth in fire, security, nurse call, and audiovisual integration services.
