The partnership expands Epiphany’s provider network and enhances access to medical and cosmetic dermatology care in the greater Bozeman area.
Consumer Direct Holdings, Inc. (CDH) entered into a definitive agreement to merge with DTRT Health Acquisition Corp. in a transaction expected to take CDH public and result in the combined company being named Consumer Direct Care Network, Inc., to be listed on Nasdaq. The deal provides growth capital to expand CDH’s in-home personal care footprint, with an implied enterprise value for CDH of about $681 million and expected closing in Q1 2023.

Prime Health Services, a national cost-management and PPO network company based in Franklin, Tennessee, has acquired and integrated InterWest Health, a regional PPO/provider network serving the U.S. Mountain Region. The acquisition expands Prime Health Services' provider access across Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming—adding access to over 25,000 physicians, hospitals, and other providers—while InterWest will continue to operate as a separate organization with Wendy Koster remaining as Executive Director.
Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: ADUS) completed the acquisition of A Plus Health Care, Inc., a Kalispell, Montana-based provider of personal care, private duty nursing, care management and medical staffing. The deal, funded with cash on hand and closed July 1, 2020, expands Addus's presence in Montana and adds approximately 650 employees and $10.4 million of 2019 revenue to its operations.
