Infrastructure Acquisitions in Pennsylvania

Frontline Road Safety, a Bain Capital portfolio company, has acquired Surface Preparation Technologies (SPT) from Dominus Capital. SPT, headquartered in New Kingstown, Pennsylvania, provides rumble strips and roadway safety services across the U.S.; the deal is an add-on to Frontline's road-safety platform and terms were not disclosed.

MPE Partners, alongside its portfolio company Delphi Infrastructure Group (DIG), has acquired JMF Underground, a Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania-based provider of underground utility services specializing in horizontal directional drilling, trenching, boring and excavation. The deal is an add-on to the DIG platform to expand underground infrastructure capabilities and geographic coverage across the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern United States; financing was provided by Churchill Asset Management and BMO Sponsor Finance.

RoadBlock Solutions, a division of RSG International, has merged Corbin Highway Products, Laura‑Metaal, Dimensional Products Inc., Summit Rentals US, and Pivot Safety US into a single expanded road-safety division. The consolidation brings together product manufacturing, distribution, rentals, and installation capabilities to broaden RoadBlock Solutions' geographic footprint and service offering in the road-safety infrastructure market.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a PE-backed national provider of infrastructure safety services, has acquired the pavement marking division of DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS Pavement Marking). The deal expands RoadSafe’s pavement marking capabilities and presence in the Northeastern United States, adding operations that have supported public works and commercial projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Truesdell Corporation, a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners, has acquired the high-friction surface treatment (HFST) division of DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC. The add-on expands Truesdell's HFST fleet and capabilities, strengthening its national infrastructure maintenance and safety services offering.

EQT Active Core Infrastructure and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP) completed the approximately $3.0 billion acquisition of Radius Global Infrastructure, taking the company private at $15.00 per share. The buyers intend to support Radius' geographic expansion and portfolio growth of its real-property-backed digital infrastructure assets across multiple countries.

Dominus Capital has acquired Surface Preparation Technologies (SPT), the U.S. market leader in rumble strip installation and roadway safety services, from Branford Castle Partners. Branford Castle is exiting the investment after growing SPT's geographic reach and completing a strategic add-on; Dominus plans to leverage SPT's fleet and capabilities to drive further organic growth and pursue additional acquisitions.
