IT Services Acquisitions in New Mexico

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP has acquired 2NDGEAR, a U.S. technology lifecycle solutions provider specializing in certified refurbished devices, configuration and deployment services, and industry-focused end-user programs. The deal expands Quantum's circular technology platform, using 2NDGEAR's Albuquerque facility and sales teams to accelerate placements of refurbished devices into education and commercial workforce environments.

IT Solutions Consulting, a Philadelphia-area managed service provider, has acquired Steady Networks, a Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico-based IT services firm that serves SMBs in the legal, medical and government contractor markets. The deal expands IT Solutions' footprint into New Mexico and strengthens its capabilities serving government, legal and healthcare verticals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Netsurit, a New York–headquartered managed service provider, has acquired iTEAM Consulting, LLC, an Albuquerque-based MSP that serves small and medium businesses across New Mexico. The deal expands Netsurit’s U.S. footprint into the Southwest, strengthens its managed services and Microsoft-focused capabilities, and brings iTEAM’s leadership and technical team into the Netsurit organization.

The Riverside Company, via its Micro-Cap Fund, has acquired LightHouse Business Information Solutions as an add-on to its Managed IT Services platform ProVelocity and IronEdge Group. LightHouse, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico (with a satellite office in Olathe, Kansas), provides outsourced IT services to SMBs and local governments across professional services, industrials, healthcare and non-profit verticals; the deal expands Riverside’s MSP footprint in New Mexico and the Midwest.

Sohonet, a portfolio company of FPE Capital, has acquired Exchange (Exchange Communications), a US-based IT and telecom provider to the film, episodic and advertising production industry. The bolt-on expands Sohonet’s on-set production services and enables Sohonet to roll Exchange’s production connectivity and remote-production communications into new geographies including Canada and the UK.

LiquidHub, a digital integrator headquartered outside Philadelphia, has acquired ClosedWon, a Salesforce Silver Consulting Partner headquartered in Albuquerque. The acquisition bolsters LiquidHub's Salesforce CRM implementation and customer engagement capabilities and expands its U.S. footprint; 7 Mile Advisors served as exclusive buy-side advisor to LiquidHub.
