Quantum Lifecycle Partners has completed its acquisition of 2NDGEAR, a U.S. technology lifecycle solutions provider specializing in certified refurbished devices and education and commercial end-user programs. The deal expands Quantum’s circular technology platform and adds 2NDGEAR’s industry-focused sales capabilities, with its Albuquerque facility expected to function as a key configuration and fulfillment hub.
IT Solutions Consulting, a Philadelphia-area managed service provider, has acquired Steady Networks, a Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico-based IT services firm that serves SMBs in the legal, medical and government contractor markets. The deal expands IT Solutions' footprint into New Mexico and strengthens its capabilities serving government, legal and healthcare verticals; financial terms were not disclosed.
Netsurit, a New York–headquartered managed service provider, has acquired iTEAM Consulting, LLC, an Albuquerque-based MSP that serves small and medium businesses across New Mexico. The deal expands Netsurit’s U.S. footprint into the Southwest, strengthens its managed services and Microsoft-focused capabilities, and brings iTEAM’s leadership and technical team into the Netsurit organization.

Sohonet, a portfolio company of FPE Capital, has acquired Exchange (Exchange Communications), a US-based IT and telecom provider to the film, episodic and advertising production industry. The bolt-on expands Sohonet’s on-set production services and enables Sohonet to roll Exchange’s production connectivity and remote-production communications into new geographies including Canada and the UK.
