Manufacturing Acquisitions in Nevada

Sound Growth Partners (SGP) acquired Sports Attack, LLC, a Verdi, Nevada-based manufacturer of high-velocity sports training equipment, on December 15, 2025. SGP and unnamed co-investors provided all capital via SGP's One-Stop Buyout structure and plan to partner with Sports Attack to build on its reputation for quality and innovation in the baseball, softball, volleyball and football training markets.

APPLIED Adhesives has completed the acquisitions of BTmix and HG Adhesive Dispensing, both based in Carson City, Nevada, to expand its parts, consumables and fluid-dispensing equipment capabilities. The deals strengthen APPLIED's manufacturing and advanced dispensing offerings across end markets including automotive, aerospace and construction; the transactions are supported by APPLIED's sponsor, Bertram Capital.

APPLIED Adhesives, a Minnetonka-based custom adhesive solutions provider, has completed its acquisition of HG Adhesive Dispensing, a Carson City, Nevada manufacturer of meter, mix, dispensing, and cartridge filling equipment. The acquisition expands APPLIED's advanced fluid dispensing product and engineering capabilities to serve markets including structural glazing, curtainwalls, insulating glass, automotive, and electrical industries.

Flokk, a Triton portfolio company and leading European office-seating manufacturer, has acquired US-based Via Seating from Groupe Lacasse. The deal adds Via Seating (headquartered in Reno, Nevada, ~150 employees) to Flokk's brand portfolio as part of its ongoing US buy-and-build strategy to strengthen its North American presence.

The Vomela Companies has acquired the business of Color Reflections of Las Vegas to operate as part of Vomela’s Fusion Imaging Group. The add-on expands Vomela’s geographic presence and production/support capabilities in the events, tradeshow and retail graphics markets.

The Timken Company has completed its acquisition of CGI, Inc., a family-owned Nevada manufacturer of precision drive systems that serves automation markets with a concentration in medical robotics. CGI employs roughly 130 people and is expected to generate about $45 million in sales in 2024; the acquisition expands Timken's precision motion-control portfolio and capabilities.

Vishay Intertechnology has acquired Ametherm, Inc. for approximately $31.5 million in cash in a bolt-on purchase to expand its resistor and passive-component product portfolio. Ametherm, headquartered in Carson City, Nevada, manufactures precision NTC and PTC thermistors and inrush current limiters serving automotive, industrial, aerospace/defense and medical end markets.

GEF Capital Partners has completed a growth capital investment in Polargy, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of data center airflow and energy-efficiency infrastructure solutions. The existing executive team will remain in place and the investment will support capacity expansion, product development and entry into new geographic markets; FMI Capital Advisors served as Polargy's exclusive financial advisor.

XFS Global, LLC — a newly formed SDVOSB backed by Lake Country Capital — has acquired the assets of Creative Tent International, LLC and relocated the manufacturing operation from Las Vegas, Nevada to Natural Bridge Station, Virginia. The deal expands XFS Global's manufacturing footprint and capabilities (including RF welding, sewing/cutting, metal fabrication and kitting) and places Creative Tent's leadership team in charge of the new company.

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. has acquired Paterson Pacific Parchment Company, a Sparks, Nevada-based producer of foodservice paper and parchment products. The transaction is an add-on to Hoffmaster's foodservice platform and was supported by a new equity investment led by Gamut Capital Management alongside existing shareholder Wellspring Capital Management to refinance Hoffmaster's capital structure and support growth.

Zetwerk Manufacturing has acquired U.S.-based Unimacts, a contract manufacturing and supply-chain services provider focused on renewable energy and industrial products. The deal strengthens Zetwerk's presence in North America and provides immediate access to Unimacts' solar and wind customers, expanded logistics and near-customer warehousing capabilities.

Calibre Scientific has acquired Benson Polymeric, a Reno-based manufacturer of polymer-based HPLC columns and resins. The acquisition expands Calibre Scientific’s chromatography product suite and enables cross-selling of Benson’s columns across Calibre’s global distribution network.

Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) completed an all-stock acquisition of Ferris Holding Inc., a Las Vegas-based manufacturer and co-packer of hemp/CBD products. The deal gives Hemp, Inc. in-house manufacturing and co-packing capability for its King of Hemp product line, aiming to reduce costs and accelerate new product launches.

Koch Strategic Platforms (KSP) provided growth capital to Lithion Battery Inc., taking a minority strategic investment while TriWest Capital Partners remains the majority equity holder. Lithion, a vertically integrated manufacturer of lithium-ion cells, modules and packs serving industrial, medical, robotics, defense and energy markets, will use the investment to accelerate growth initiatives and expand product and facility build-out.

The International Paper Company has acquired Berkley International's Molded Fiber manufacturing division, Berkley MF LLC, from Berkley International. The deal transfers an 80,400 sq. ft. molded fiber plant (located outside Reno, Nevada) and capabilities for sustainable molded-pulp packaging to International Paper; the purchase price was not disclosed.

Monroe Engineering Group, a ShoreView-backed platform company, has acquired Titan Wire & Cable, a Sparks, Nevada-based supplier of cable, connectors and component solutions. The add-on expands Monroe’s product offering and end-market coverage (including solar, geothermal, wind, telecommunications and industrial markets) and is ShoreView’s sixth add-on to the Monroe platform since its 2017 investment.

Abracon, LLC has acquired ILSI America LLC and its brands ILSI, MMD, Ecliptek and Oscilent, expanding Abracon's timing and frequency control product portfolio. The deal was executed as an add-on to the Riverside Company’s Abracon platform to broaden product categories, sales channels and customer reach in timing, synchronization and RF end markets.

CVF Capital Partners has acquired Gary Platt Manufacturing alongside the company's management team. Gary Platt, a Reno/Sparks, Nevada-based manufacturer of casino seating since 1996, will partner with CVF to pursue growth opportunities driven by expansion in the commercial gaming and sports betting markets.

Mill Valley-based private equity firm Vopne Capital provided an undisclosed capital investment in Dolphin Machine Inc., a precision-machining manufacturer based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As part of the transaction, Scott Kelley will become CEO and Vopne managing partner Jim Bloom will join Dolphin Machine’s board while founder Dan DiCello remains president.

BITZER US, Inc., a subsidiary of the BITZER Group, has acquired ElectraTherm, a Reno, Nevada-based manufacturer of waste heat-to-power systems. The purchase adds ElectraTherm's Organic Rankine Cycle technology and Power+ Generator product line to BITZER's commercial refrigeration and heat-exchange portfolio to expand product capabilities and accelerate clean, fuel-free power offerings.

Kawakin Holdings Company (TSE: 5614), a Japanese manufacturer of materials and construction products, has acquired 100% of Dynamic Isolation Systems (DIS), a US-based maker of engineered seismic isolation components. Cascadia Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to DIS; the majority shareholder Tom Foley sold the business in the transaction.
