SPS PoolCare, the largest U.S. swimming-pool services platform backed by Storr Group, has acquired AZ Veteran Pool Care, a pool maintenance and repair company serving the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. The deal expands SPS PoolCare's Arizona footprint (its 21st Arizona acquisition) and continues the firm's roll-up strategy in the Sun Belt.

Prime Pensions, Inc. (PPI), a Florham Park, New Jersey-based retirement plan administrator, has acquired The Raymond Company Pension Services LLC, a third-party administrator headquartered in Mesa, Arizona. The acquisition marks PPI’s entry into the Arizona/Southwest market and will provide Raymond’s clients access to Prime Pensions’ national scale, technology solutions, and expanded plan administration capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Ridgemont Equity Partners has acquired CRS, a Phoenix-based tech-enabled provider of temporary housing and managed repair solutions for insurance carriers. The senior CRS leadership will remain significantly invested alongside Ridgemont as the firm looks to scale the business and expand adjacent FNOL services.

OneDigital, a national insurance brokerage and PEO provider headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired Focus HR, Inc., a woman-founded professional employer organization based in Tucson, Arizona. The acquisition expands OneDigital's PEO capabilities and national footprint by adding Focus HR’s ~40–45 person team, payroll/HR services and more than 500 client relationships.

Palo Alto-based private equity firm HGGC has acquired majority ownership of Equity Methods, a Scottsdale-based provider of valuation, financial reporting, and HR advisory services for equity compensation, from Montage Partners. HGGC will support Equity Methods' growth by strengthening its technology capabilities, human capital, and service offerings as the firm expands its reach into larger enterprise clients.

Arthur J. Gallagher (via its Gallagher Bassett business) acquired Safe T Professionals, a Chandler, Arizona–based construction and EHS safety management consulting firm. Capstone Partners advised Safe T Professionals on the transaction; the acquisition expands Gallagher Bassett's nationwide safety and outsourced EHS capabilities and adds expertise in semiconductor and EV construction safety.

LaunchPad Home Group, a platform of regional home inspection and residential services brands backed by private equity firm RFE Investment Partners, has acquired AJF Inspections, a Phoenix-area home inspection business founded by Sharon and Paul Furman. The deal expands LaunchPad’s footprint in Arizona and adds AJF’s technical capabilities (including a dedicated sewer-scope team) to the LaunchPad platform.

G&A Partners, a Houston-based professional employer organization (PEO), has acquired Integrity Outsource, a Phoenix-based HR outsourcing provider. The deal expands G&A's presence in Arizona and deepens its local talent and client service capabilities as part of the firm's continued roll-up strategy in the PEO market.

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Gallant Capital Partners completed a strategic growth investment in Valor Global, a Phoenix-headquartered provider of outsourced business processing and customer care solutions. Gallant will partner with Valor’s management — led by CEO Simer S. Mayo — to support organic growth and pursue strategic acquisitions; terms were not disclosed.

E-Konomy Pool Service & Supplies (Tucson, AZ) has acquired the assets of L&L Pool Service, combining two of the larger residential and commercial pool service companies in Tucson. The deal is meant to consolidate market share, expand service and retail capabilities, and provide employee growth opportunities under E-Konomy's ownership.

The Riverside Company has made a platform investment in PaleoWest, a Phoenix-based cultural resource management (CRM) consultancy that provides archaeology, historic architecture and paleontology services in support of land development and infrastructure projects. Riverside said the investment will help PaleoWest expand its technology, service lines and geographies and pursue add-on acquisitions to drive growth.

Reverence Capital Partners, a private investment firm, has acquired CRS Temporary Housing from GenNx360 Capital Partners. CRS is a tech-enabled provider of temporary housing and relocation solutions for insurance carriers; terms were not disclosed and GenNx360 said the sale represents a portfolio realization from Fund II.

ChrysCapital has acquired TLK Group (also referenced as TLK/Related Companies), marking an exit for Riveria Investment Group, which had invested in TLK in 2012 and partially liquidated to Related Companies prior to this sale. TLK is a US-based contact center specializing in cable telecommunications and customer experience services.

Pool Troopers, a Tampa-based pool service platform backed by Shoreline Equity Partners, has acquired Splish Splash Pool Service, a family-owned pool maintenance business in Phoenix, Arizona. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands Pool Troopers' Sunbelt footprint and brings Splish Splash's local team and customer base into the Pool Troopers platform.

Gallant Capital Partners completed a strategic growth investment in Valor Global, a Phoenix-headquartered provider of outsourced business processing and customer care solutions. The partnership will provide Gallant's operational resources and flexible capital to support Valor’s organic growth and pursue strategic acquisitions while retaining existing leadership and service levels.

Tampa-based Pool Troopers has partnered with Pool Chlor AZ, a long-standing Phoenix-area pool chemical and maintenance provider, to expand its footprint in the Phoenix market. The move is an add-on for Pool Troopers, which is backed by Shoreline Equity Partners, and supports the company's Sunbelt expansion and acquisition strategy.

Altamont Capital Partners made an equity investment in Cornerstone Advisors, a Scottsdale-based provider of advisory services to mid-size banks and credit unions. The founders Scott Sommer and Steve Williams remain as CEO and President, and the capital will support Cornerstone’s investments in employees, data-powered offerings and internal infrastructure to accelerate growth.

Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI) agreed to acquire Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A.'s Financial Services business, including Nationwide Credit, Inc. (NCI), for $44 million. The deal (a carve-out/divestiture) expands TSI's accounts receivable management and customer-relationship-management capabilities and grows its global operations (U.S., India, Philippines), adding approximately 2,300 employees.

SNH Capital Partners acquired Universal Background Screening and merged it with its existing portfolio company PeopleFacts to create a combined national background-screening platform operating under the Universal brand. The transaction (financial terms undisclosed) is supported by financing from WhiteHorse Capital (H.I.G. Capital affiliate) and aims to scale operations, expand product capabilities and accelerate national growth.
