Software Acquisitions in Missouri

Sandvik AB has acquired QTE Manufacturing Solutions (QTE), a US-based reseller of Mastercam CAM software as well as Verisurf metrology and Vericut CNC simulation software. QTE, headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri, has 12 employees and reported around SEK 45 million in revenue in 2024; it will become part of Sandvik's Mastercam business unit within the Machining and Intelligent Manufacturing area. The purchase price was not disclosed.

One10 LLC has acquired Whistle, a St. Louis–based employee engagement and rewards technology company, integrating Whistle’s technology and team into One10’s incentive and recognition offerings. The deal strengthens One10’s behavioral science, data science and incentive technology capabilities and will keep Whistle employees in St. Louis under One10’s ownership (One10 is PE-backed by Bow River Capital).

Tripleview Technologies has acquired Mitchell Humphrey & Co., a long-established provider of municipal software including FastTrackGov and financial management systems. The acquisition expands Tripleview's portfolio of public-sector technology solutions to better serve local governments with integrated permitting, licensing, code enforcement, and financial management tools.

Nulogy, a Toronto-based provider of multi-enterprise manufacturing and supply chain software, has acquired Mingo Smart Factory, a maker of real-time manufacturing productivity and analytics solutions. The acquisition expands Nulogy's shop-floor analytics and IIoT capabilities to offer customers end-to-end visibility from sensors to analytics and strengthen its offering for FMCG brands, co-packers, contract manufacturers and 3PLs.

Banneker Partners, a private equity firm focused on enterprise software, has made a strategic growth investment in XBE to accelerate product development and expansion. XBE is an operations management software platform serving the horizontal construction market (asphalt, concrete, aggregate and site work) and will use the capital to speed innovation and broaden its customer reach.

Aline, a provider of senior living software, has acquired Vitals Software to integrate Vitals' customizable platform into Aline's enterprise-scale senior living operating system. The acquisition will make Aline's broader suite of sales, marketing, operations, financial and caregiving software available to legacy Vitals customers and accelerate product delivery and customer support.

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) has acquired Hawthorn River, a St. Louis-based provider of a single-platform loan origination system (LOS), to add purpose-built lending capabilities to CSI’s end-to-end banking software platform. The deal follows a prior commercial partnership and is intended to strengthen CSI’s loan origination functionality for community and regional banks while enabling distribution to non-CSI banks via channel partnerships and API integrations.

EXA Capital has acquired MTW Solutions, a Jefferson City, Missouri-based provider of grant management and specialized software for state government agencies. MTW will continue to operate autonomously under its existing management while leveraging EXA's resources to pursue growth and expand its offerings for public-sector clients.

SilverTree Equity has completed the acquisition of Thesis, a cloud-based student information system provider, from Advent International and has provided significant growth funding to accelerate product development and hiring. The investment will support rollout of Thesis Elements and enhancements to Thesis SM as the company expands its footprint in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

BV Investment Partners, a Boston-based middle-market private equity firm, has acquired EDCO Health Information Solutions, a St. Louis–based provider of automated unstructured data indexing software for healthcare providers. BV will partner with EDCO's executive team to expand and enhance the company's Solarity platform, which uses NLP and a patented recognition engine to transform unstructured clinical data for EHR systems.

Ariston Global Partners, a portfolio company of Spire Capital Partners, acquired The Strata Group, a St. Louis–based provider of web-based customer self-service (CSS) software for communications service providers. The deal expands Ariston’s suite of next‑generation software applications for telecommunications carriers and complements its earlier acquisition of Telesciences as part of a platform build strategy.
