Fred Pettijohn will serve as CEO of Allvia as Trinity Hunt supports platform growth via organic initiatives and additional partnerships to expand service capabilities and geographic reach.

PrestigePEO has acquired O2 Employment Services, a Redding, California–based professional employer organization, strengthening PrestigePEO’s West Coast presence and expanding its HR outsourcing and benefits capabilities. O2’s leadership and team will remain in place to ensure continuity for clients; the deal enhances PrestigePEO’s ability to serve small- and mid-sized businesses across California and nationwide.

Toptal has acquired Graphite and the Graphite brand, gaining access to an on-demand network of more than 12,000 rigorously vetted independent experts across finance, accounting, corporate strategy, marketing, and other functions. The acquisition expands Toptal’s talent and consulting capabilities and integrates Graphite’s high-caliber community into Toptal’s global Talent Network; financial terms were not disclosed and integration is underway.

WorkWise Compliance, a portfolio company of CriticalPoint, has acquired Bizhaven, an HR and workplace safety compliance provider based in Sacramento, California. The add-on acquisition expands WorkWise's HR and safety compliance capabilities, creating a broader suite of services for businesses; financial terms were not disclosed.

UK-based Morson Group has acquired US technical recruiter PTS Advance from HUDDL3 Group, strengthening Morson's footprint across North America. The acquisition expands Morson's capabilities in energy, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing staffing and brings PTS Advance's offices in Tustin (CA), Houston (TX), Port Arthur (TX) and Orlando (FL) into the Morson network.

JobGet has acquired Seasoned, a restaurant-focused hiring and networking platform, to integrate Seasoned's AI-driven sourcing and automation into JobGet's hourly hiring products. The acquisition expands JobGet's capabilities for restaurant hiring and combines Seasoned's automation with JobGet's broader talent pool (and recent Snagajob acquisition) to improve time-to-fill and retention for hourly roles.

Workwell Group has acquired Eastridge's Workforce Management and Workforce Technology divisions, including the Payrolling/EOR, MSP and Talient VMS business lines. The divestiture allows Eastridge to refocus on its core staffing and recruitment services while Workwell expands its North American HCM, EOR and MSP capabilities.

Conexus Recruiting has acquired CV Resources, a specialist staffing firm focused on finance and accounting placements, to deepen its Office of the CFO recruiting capabilities. Eliassen Group, a strategic consulting and talent solutions firm based in Reading, Massachusetts, has acquired VIA Technical, an IT talent services firm serving the San Diego market. The acquisition expands Eliassen's Southern California footprint and broadens its access to mid-to-senior technical talent and services across areas like applications, network/systems infrastructure, and end-user support.

AccuSourceHR, a Phoenix-based provider of workforce screening solutions, has acquired Frasco Profiles, a legacy consumer reporting/employment screening agency headquartered in Burbank, California. The acquisition expands AccuSourceHR's service footprint and client offerings across healthcare, staffing, government, education, transportation and manufacturing industries; no financial terms were disclosed.

WGNSTAR, a provider of managed workforce and asset lifecycle solutions for the semiconductor industry, has acquired Principal Service Solutions (PSS), a Modesto-based technical workforce provider. The deal expands WGNSTAR's capacity and geographic coverage to better serve the growing U.S. semiconductor market and consolidates its position as a market leader in semiconductor workforce solutions.

Vangst, the cannabis hiring platform headquartered in Denver, has acquired CannabizTemp, the temporary staffing division of CannabizTeam, in a 50% cash / 50% stock transaction. The deal brings CannabizTemp's customers into Vangst's platform, expands Vangst's staffing capabilities and customer base (now ~1,700 customers), and allows CannabizTeam to focus on its executive search business.

Legal Soft, a Los Angeles-based virtual legal staffing company, has acquired Berry Virtual, a Woodland Hills provider of virtual staffing focused on executive assistance, customer service and accounting. The acquisition combines Legal Soft's legal staffing expertise with Berry Virtual's virtual staffing capabilities; Berry Virtual reported roughly $3.5 million in ARR and has about 40 employees.

Conexus Recruiting (Conexus Search, LLC) has acquired Logis (Logis CFO, LLC), a Southern California-based competitor specializing in Office of the CFO recruiting and interim consulting. The acquisition expands Conexus' geographic footprint and capability set in high-end interim consulting, retained search, and direct-hire talent acquisition for finance, technology and HR roles.

The Mullings Group (TMG), a Delray Beach–based executive search firm focused on MedTech, HealthTech and life sciences, has acquired M. J. Moore & Associates. Founder Michael (Mike) Moore will join TMG as a Partner to continue leading MedTech and Digital Health recruiting efforts under the TMG platform.

24 Seven, a leading talent solutions firm, has acquired IT staffing firm The Cydio Group to expand its IT staffing capabilities and deliver integrated digital, creative and technology talent solutions. The Cydio Group, founded in 2006, will join 24 Seven's family of brands and enhance the buyer's ability to provide contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT placements.

Riviera Partners, a San Francisco–based executive search firm, has acquired Build Talent, a Bay Area technical recruiting boutique founded by Jose Guardado and Brian Bocchino. The acquisition brings the Build Talent founders into Riviera's Emerging practice to expand Riviera's coverage and capabilities supporting early-stage, venture-backed technology companies.

Fama, a Los Angeles–based online screening innovator, has acquired Social Intelligence to expand its background- screening capabilities, partner network, and market share. The deal integrates Social Intel’s social-media screening expertise and HRIS integrations into Fama’s AI-driven screening platform to deliver a more comprehensive online screening solution for employers, search firms, and investors.

The Re-Sourcing Group, a portfolio company of McNally Capital, has added Conexus Search (Conexus Recruiting) to its family of staffing and recruiting brands. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to accelerate scale, expand service capabilities, and improve profitability across Re-Sourcing’s national talent solutions platform.

Insight Partners has made a minority growth investment in Riviera Partners, a data-driven, tech-enabled executive search firm headquartered in San Francisco. The capital will support Riviera's geographic expansion and scaling of its recruiting technology and services while the firm continues to operate independently.

TopSource Worldwide has acquired Blueback Global, a California-based provider of employer of record, multi-country payroll, entity set-up and entity management services. The deal brings Blueback founder Arden Ng and his team into TopSource, expands service delivery locations (US, Nicaragua, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea) and adds entity services to TopSource's platform, creating a combined business serving ~1,600 clients across 90+ markets.

Teleperformance has acquired US-based PSG Global Solutions from its management and private investors for an enterprise value of US$300 million. PSG, a Marina del Rey, California–headquartered leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) with ~4,000 employees and roughly $75M revenue, will expand Teleperformance's Specialized Services, strengthen its US healthcare vertical and bolster digital recruitment capabilities.

Vaco, a global talent solutions firm headquartered in Nashville, has acquired BVOH, a boutique San Francisco and Austin-based executive search and consulting firm specializing in finance and accounting placements. The deal brings BVOH’s ~35 employees and leadership team into Vaco’s platform to expand its presence in the Bay Area and establish a footprint in Austin while strengthening Vaco’s accounting and finance recruitment capabilities.

RCM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCMT) acquired TalentHerder, a recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition services firm, to expand its RPO capabilities and candidate sourcing reach. The deal enhances RCM's in-house recruiting capacity and accelerates its ability to serve high-growth clients across in-person and remote hiring environments.

Calendly acquired Prelude, a San Francisco–based recruiting operations and interview-scheduling platform, to deepen its enterprise scheduling capabilities for hiring teams. The deal integrates Prelude’s interview scheduling automation and ATS integrations into Calendly’s platform to improve candidate experience and support recruiting workflows from SMBs to enterprise customers.

SilkRoad Technology, backed by HighBar Partners, has acquired Entelo's candidate search and recruitment marketing SaaS capabilities to expand its talent acquisition and onboarding platform. The deal brings Entelo technology and leadership (Robert Tsao appointed CEO of SilkRoad) into SilkRoad to create an end-to-end talent acquisition solution that accelerates sourcing, hiring, onboarding and diversity-focused recruiting.

Mitratech, a provider of legal, compliance, and HR software, has acquired AssureHire, a tech-enabled background screening and verification provider. The acquisition integrates AssureHire’s automated screening capabilities with Mitratech’s Tracker I-9 and HR compliance offerings to streamline hiring and onboarding workflows.

Greenwood, the digital banking and community platform for Black and Latino individuals, has acquired Valence, a career networking and recruiting platform for Black professionals. The acquisition integrates Valence’s Pipeline recruiting database and BONDS professional development program into Greenwood’s member services to expand career opportunities and recruiting access for nearly one million community members.

Industrial Skilled Trades has acquired LEAPROS Workforce Solutions, a Costa Mesa, California-based provider of specialized talent acquisition, workforce technology and consulting solutions. The transaction, announced June 6, 2022 and facilitated by Woodbridge International, will expand Industrial Skilled Trades' capabilities and national reach in skilled-trades staffing and workforce services.

FlexJobs, the Boulder-based job site specializing in remote and flexible work, has acquired Oakland-based Localwise, a local job marketplace and talent-matching platform. The acquisition brings Localwise’s local hiring capabilities and community of job seekers and employers into the FlexJobs brand to expand its offerings into local hiring and talent matching.

Vega Consulting, an affiliate of American CyberSystems (ACS), completed a tender offer and short-form merger to acquire Volt Information Sciences, Inc. for $6.00 per share, taking Volt private. The transaction is intended to combine Volt's global staffing and workforce solutions with ACS/Vega's IT services and consulting capabilities to diversify services and expand offerings.

The Pritzker Organization (TPO), the family merchant bank for the Tom Pritzker family, agreed to acquire Epic Staffing Group in an all-cash transaction with closing expected in the second or third quarter of 2022. Epic, a diversified national staffing provider serving life sciences, healthcare and schools and previously backed by Webster Equity Partners, will be supported by TPO to accelerate organic growth and future acquisitions; financing commitments were provided by Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities.

ZRG, a global talent advisory firm, has acquired Terra Search Partners, a retained executive search firm focused exclusively on the real estate industry. Founder Matt Slepin and his team will join ZRG's real estate practice to expand the firm's real-estate recruiting capability across the U.S.

Chicago-based Hirewell has acquired Rainmakers, a San Francisco–based digital marketplace for tech sales talent, integrating the platform into Hirewell’s talent ecosystem. The deal expands Hirewell’s tech-enabled recruiting capabilities and provides a self-service hiring channel for clients while leveraging Hirewell’s recruiting expertise and prior investment from Prytek.

Kelly has acquired RocketPower, a Silicon Valley–headquartered provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and outsourced talent solutions, which will join KellyOCG and continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership. The acquisition expands KellyOCG's RPO capabilities and high‑tech talent offering; terms were not disclosed.

Safeguard Global, a global workforce management company based in Austin, Texas, has acquired Global Upside, a San Jose–based global expansion technology and services firm. The deal expands Safeguard Global’s capabilities—adding entity setup services to its employer-of-record, payroll and workforce platform Global Unity—and extends its coverage into new markets across Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.

FinTech Automation, a fintech Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform, has acquired DevBase, a U.S.-based nearshore staff augmentation firm that provides hiring, training and management of software engineers. The deal expands FTA's development capabilities and UX/UI resources to accelerate product development for financial institutions and fintech customers; FinTech Automation is a portfolio company of a merchant bank fund managed by Austin Capital General Partner.

True, a global talent management platform backed by LLR Partners, has acquired Hobbs & Towne (HTI), a climate technology and sustainability executive search firm. HTI's team of more than 30 recruiters will form True's new Climate Tech practice, expanding True's executive search and talent capabilities in clean energy, mobility, food/agriculture and water sectors.

ClearStar, a Hanover Investors portfolio company, has acquired Employment Screening Resources (ESR) to strengthen its coast-to-coast background- and medical-screening capabilities and accelerate cross-selling of technology-driven screening solutions. The deal expands ClearStar’s West Coast presence, brings ESR’s compliance expertise into the platform, and follows ClearStar’s continued roll-up strategy supported by owner Hanover Investors.

EQT Private Equity (through its EQT IX fund) has agreed to acquire PRO Unlimited Global Solutions Inc., a provider of contingent workforce management solutions, from funds managed by Harvest Partners and Investcorp. PRO Unlimited — headquartered in San Francisco with ~1,400 employees — will remain led by its existing management team, and EQT will support continued product development and expansion of the company's integrated platform.

People2.0 has acquired TalentWave, a long-standing US provider of EOR, AOR and workforce compliance services; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal folds TalentWave's iConnect classification and deep connectivity with high-volume talent procurement firms into People2.0's global EOR/AOR platform; prior owner Serent Capital will become a shareholder in the combined company alongside TPG Growth, CIP Capital and management.

TalentLaunch, a nationwide network of independently operated staffing firms, has acquired Helpmates Staffing Services, a long-standing full-service staffing agency headquartered in Irvine, California. The acquisition brings Helpmates into TalentLaunch's network to expand its Southern California footprint and leverage TalentLaunch's platform and resources; FOCUS Investment Banking advised Helpmates on the transaction.

Jobcase acquired job-matching platform Upward.net and will operate Upward as a fully owned subsidiary, retaining its management team and employees. The deal expands Jobcase’s network reach and job-matching technology to better connect job seekers and employers and increase hiring efficiency.

Health Advocates Network, a Boca Raton-based provider of supplemental healthcare staffing solutions, has acquired the business of Staff Today, a Los Angeles-area provider of clinical and non-clinical supplemental staffing services supporting governmental facilities. Staff Today will continue to operate as a separate business unit under its brand; the deal advances Health Advocates Network's geographic expansion and market-segment diversification strategy.

Velocity Global acquired San Francisco-based iWorkGlobal and concurrently received a $100 million growth investment from private equity firm FFL Partners. The combined company expands Velocity Global's Employer of Record, payroll, immigration and agent-of-record capabilities across all 50 U.S. states and more than 185 countries to accelerate global remote-hire services and fund further technology and strategic acquisitions.

Riviera Partners has acquired Arete Partners and will incorporate the Arete team into a new division called Riviera Ventures, focused on placing leadership at Seed-to-B stage VC-backed startups. Eóin O'Toole, co-founder and CEO of Arete Partners, will lead Riviera Ventures as the combined organization leverages Riviera's ML-enabled recruiting platform to expand coverage of earlier-stage technology companies.

DIVERSANT, a Red Bank, New Jersey-based IT staffing firm, has acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group, a California-based information technology staffing services provider. The acquisition expands DIVERSANT's U.S. presence and adds Atrilogy's staff augmentation and staffing capabilities to DIVERSANT's service offerings, bringing combined revenues to over $225 million.

Hudson Global, Inc. (Hudson RPO) has acquired Coit Group, a San Francisco-based recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider. The deal expands Hudson RPO's presence in the technology sector and establishes a San Francisco office to better serve Bay Area and technology clients.

Gi Group, the Milan-based global HR services leader, has acquired CareerArc's outplacement business and will rebrand it as Intoo USA to establish the group's first U.S. Intoo presence. All staff from CareerArc's outplacement department transitioned to Intoo USA as part of the deal, strengthening Gi Group's career transition and outplacement capabilities while enabling U.S. market entry.

Terminal, a San Francisco-based provider of tech-enabled remote engineering teams, has acquired ROIKOI, an AI-powered talent-mapping and sourcing platform. ROIKOI founder and CEO Andy Wolfe will join Terminal to lead product and engineering as Terminal integrates ROIKOI’s AI sourcing capabilities into its recruiting platform to accelerate candidate matching and outreach.
