Parabellum Investments acquired Crux Informatics, an AI-powered external data management platform serving financial services and technology firms. Crux’s Sphere managed data onboarding/operations and ArrayX agentic ingestion/self-healing pipelines are intended to be combined with Parabellum’s operational and long-term growth strategy to accelerate product innovation and expand international reach.

Mill Point Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Total Safety Supplies and Solutions, Inc. (TSSS), a distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and safety/PPE supplies, from Total Safety U.S., Inc. The transaction is Mill Point’s 20th corporate carve-out and is expected to close later in 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed, and TSSS will transition into a standalone platform business under independent ownership.

Anthropic’s Blackstone- and Hellman & Friedman-backed enterprise services joint venture acquired Fractional AI, an applied AI implementation firm based in San Francisco.
