Wipfli, an advisory and accounting firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire CompliancePoint, a Duluth, Georgia-based provider of information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance risk management services. The transaction is expected to become effective May 1, 2026, with 2 partners and 52 associates joining Wipfli to expand its risk management offerings.
TekStream announced it has acquired the cybersecurity business of ImagineX, bringing together cyber strategy/advisory, vCISO, GRC, CTEM, and IAM with TekStream’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capabilities. The deal is intended to create a unified “digital resilience” operating model that connects board-level governance directly to day-to-day SOC execution. Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a Tower Arch Capital portfolio company, has acquired Atlanta-based Black Breach to expand ITS's managed cybersecurity and compliance capabilities.
