Demandbase, a leader in account-based marketing, has acquired WhoToo, a Data-as-a-Service company, to combine WhoToo's audience profiles with Demandbase's IP-based identification technology. The acquisition expands Demandbase's data capabilities and creates a larger global data platform for B2B marketers, with the WhoToo team remaining in Seattle.
