JWT, the WPP-owned global marketing communications company, has acquired 100% of Digitaria Interactive, Inc., a San Diego-based digital agency. Digitaria, founded in 1997 with ~100 employees and unaudited revenues of US$14.3 million for the year ended March 31, 2010, will bolster JWT/WPP's digital media and interactive capabilities.
