Beanstack Acquires Comics Plus to Form Joyful Reading Company

Beanstack announced it has acquired digital comics subscription service Comics Plus. The two platforms will be combined under a new brand, Joyful Reading Company, pairing Beanstack’s reading motivation tools with Comics Plus’s unlimited, simultaneous access content model for schools and libraries.
