MAX Surgical Specialty Management (MAX), a surgeon-led MSO backed by MedEquity Capital, RF Investment Partners, and Kian Capital, announced partnerships with Greater Philadelphia Oral Surgery and Lebanon & Lancaster Oral Surgery Group, expanding its Pennsylvania footprint. The transactions add two clinical partners (bringing MAX to four oral surgery groups / six practices in Pennsylvania) as part of the platform’s regional growth strategy.

Dental365 has acquired Union Dental Health, a single-location dental practice in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, expanding Dental365’s regional footprint and patient reach in the Keystone State. The acquisition will integrate Union Dental Health’s general dentistry services into Dental365’s multi-state network to enhance local access to comprehensive dental care.

CORDENTAL Group, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has formed a strategic partnership with Williamsburg Dental in Broomall (Philadelphia), Pennsylvania. The agreement brings the practice into CORDENTAL's dental support organization network to accelerate growth, expand services and locations, while the practice's associate doctors also became partners; Westcove Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Williamsburg Dental.

Dental365 acquired Quakertown Family Dental, a long-standing dental practice in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, expanding Dental365’s presence in the state. The small practice — which includes dentists Dr. Brian Schoenly and Dr. Majid Dastgir — will operate under the Dental365 platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Funds affiliated with private equity firm TriSpan LLP have acquired SmartArches Dental Implants from ProSmile in a recapitalization that establishes SmartArches as a standalone specialty dental implant and reconstruction services company. SmartArches operates eight locations across Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and will use the investment to support geographic expansion and scale its implant and full-mouth reconstruction services.

Abra Health Group has acquired the Eugene McGuire, DDS pediatric dental practice in Allentown, Pennsylvania and will integrate the office into its Smiles 4 Keeps brand. The practice will relocate to a new Smiles 4 Keeps facility in Allentown later this summer and will expand services to include orthodontics and general dentistry for adults while retaining existing staff.

Sonrava Health has completed the acquisition of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners (MADP), adding MADP's 215 offices across 17 states to Sonrava's national dental platform. The deal expands Sonrava's coast-to-coast footprint to 572 offices in 20 states and strengthens its portfolio of dental brands and practice-management capabilities.

National Dentex Labs (NDX) acquired Fager Dental Lab, a Camp Hill, Pennsylvania dental laboratory led by Charles B. Fager. The deal expands NDX’s network and local capabilities in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania market; terms were not disclosed.
