Environmental Services Acquisitions in New Hampshire

MKB Company, the environmental control platform backed by Align Capital Partners, has acquired US Silt & Site Supply, a manufacturer and distributor of erosion and sediment control products based in Bow, New Hampshire. The add-on expands MKB's Northeast footprint and enhances its local service and product capabilities for contractors and distributors.

Visterra Landscape Group has acquired Manchester, New Hampshire-based Outdoor Pride, expanding Visterra's commercial landscaping and snow-removal footprint across New England. Outdoor Pride's leadership team will remain in place and will partner with Riverside Services, Visterra's inaugural New England platform company; financial terms were not disclosed.

LawnPRO Partners, a platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired New Hampshire-based Seacoast Tree Care and Seacoast Turf Care (together, Seacoast Tree & Turf). The deal is an add-on to the LawnPRO platform to expand its New England footprint and supports the founder Dan Mello's retirement while retaining the company's employees for integration into LawnPRO's operations.

UK-based testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform Celnor Group has acquired John Turner Consulting (JTC), a New Hampshire–based geotechnical, materials testing and environmental consulting firm. The deal — Celnor's first expansion outside the UK and Ireland and an add-on to the Inflexion‑backed platform — keeps founder John Turner in place and adds roughly 150 employees across eight New England offices.

LawnPRO Partners, a residential lawn-care platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Highest Quality Lawn & Pest, a Manchester, New Hampshire-based provider of lawn treatment, tree/shrub and pest control services. The deal — LawnPRO's seventh acquisition — expands the platform into New Hampshire and continues HCI's buildout of the LawnPRO regional platform; financial terms were not disclosed and the founder Matthew Scott will remain running day-to-day operations.

Insurcomm, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based disaster restoration and construction services provider, has acquired Soil-Away Restoration Services of Hooksett, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Insurcomm's restoration capabilities (water, fire, mold) and regional reach across New England by integrating Soil-Away's experienced team and restoration technology.

Elemental Holding Group, a Luxembourg-headquartered urban mining and recycling company, has agreed to acquire 100% of Colt Recycling LLC and its Colt Recycling Southeast LLC operation. The acquisition adds facilities in Hudson, New Hampshire and Hickory, North Carolina that process a combined ~80 million pounds of electronic scrap per year, expanding Elemental's U.S. East Coast footprint and capabilities in e-waste recycling and IT asset disposition (ITAD).

Pinchin Ltd., a Keystone Capital Management portfolio company, has acquired Ransom Consulting, LLC, a multi-disciplinary environmental consulting and engineering firm with six offices across the Northeastern United States. The acquisition expands Pinchin's U.S. footprint into the Northeast and strengthens its capabilities in site remediation and environmental due diligence.

ATI Restoration, a family-operated national restoration contractor headquartered in Anaheim, California, has acquired Omni Environmental, a New England-based residential and commercial environmental remediation and demolition firm. The acquisition expands ATI's footprint and service offering in New England; financial terms were not disclosed.

Tide Rock Holdings, a San Diego-based strategic holding company, has acquired Full Circle Electronics, an electronics recycling and IT asset disposition provider headquartered in Pike, New Hampshire. The deal expands Tide Rock's recycling platform coast-to-coast and adds certified electronics decommissioning and data-destruction capabilities to its portfolio.

AQUALIS, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, has acquired the assets of Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), a stormwater management firm headquartered in Gilford, New Hampshire. The add-on expands AQUALIS' vac/jetting, sediment cleaning and water quality testing capabilities and increases its service density across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Wind River Environmental, a Gryphon Investors-backed environmental services platform, has acquired Felix Septic Service, Inc. and Eastern Pipe Service, both based in Bow, New Hampshire. The businesses — owned and operated by Mark Thompson and family — will remain led by the Thompson family and will augment Wind River's septic, sewer inspection, cleaning and trenchless repair capabilities across New England.

Wind River Environmental, a Marlborough, Massachusetts-based environmental services company, acquired Soucy Sewer Service of Salem, New Hampshire to expand its septic and wastewater service coverage in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. The transaction was brokered by New Hampshire Business Sales; the seller (Mr. Soucy) will continue to focus on septic system installations while Wind River absorbs Soucy's service area and customers.
