Corsica Technologies (an Inverness Graham portfolio company) has acquired AccountabilIT, a Scottsdale-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm backed by WestView Capital Partners. The deal is an add-on to Corsica's platform that expands its AI-enabled managed services, Microsoft expertise, and national cybersecurity footprint, bringing the combined company to more than 100,000 protected endpoints.

Tailwind Capital has made a majority strategic investment in DMD Systems Recovery to accelerate the company's growth, expand its services portfolio and pursue an acquisitive platform strategy. Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of the transaction. DMD is an end-to-end IT asset disposition (ITAD) provider serving enterprise and data center customers globally and plans to expand sales, geographic coverage and M&A activity.

AVI-SPL, a global digital enablement and AV/UC integrator headquartered in Tampa, Florida, has acquired CCS Presentation Systems Southwest (CCS Southwest), the Mesa, Arizona-based audio-visual design and systems integration operator. The deal expands AVI-SPL’s presence and resources in the U.S. Southwest and adds local AV/UC integration and managed services capabilities for corporate, government, and education customers.

CoreX, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, has completed the acquisition of Volteo Digital, an Elite ServiceNow partner. The deal supports CoreX's expansion of its ServiceNow Center of Excellence and funds a multi-million-dollar Agentic AI Laboratory investment in Guadalajara to accelerate ServiceNow innovation and nearshore delivery.

Pavion Corp. (formerly Corbett Technology Solutions), a Wind Point Partners‑backed provider of fire, security, and critical communications solutions, has acquired ECD Systems, an Arizona‑based security, life safety, IT managed services, and critical communications integrator. The deal expands Pavion’s capabilities and leadership in healthcare critical communications while strengthening its service footprint in the U.S. Southwestern region.

Pinnacle Technology Solutions (PTS) has acquired Scottsdale-based QCM Technologies, a managed-services and systems-integration provider focused on storage, networking, virtualization and data center solutions. The deal expands PTS’s technical capabilities and regional presence in the Southwest, enabling the combined group to offer broader managed and infrastructure services to SMB and public-sector customers.

ProVelocity and IronEdge, a Riverside portfolio company, completed the acquisition of LANstar, LLC, a Mesa, Arizona-based managed IT services provider, in an add-on transaction that closed July 20, 2023. The deal expands ProVelocity and IronEdge’s footprint into Arizona and enhances their managed IT, VoIP and low-voltage/cabling capabilities while providing an exit pathway for LANstar founders Joel and July Ray.

The Acacia Group, a specialist investment firm, has acquired Isos Technology, an Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Solution Partner headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Acacia will combine Isos with the Atlassian practice of MajorKey Technologies to form a larger Atlassian-focused platform and plans further acquisitions to build a leading partner in the Atlassian ecosystem.

NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apisero, a global MuleSoft and Salesforce consulting firm headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. The acquisition adds roughly 2,100 resources (including over 1,500 certified MuleSoft consultants and ~500 Salesforce consultants) to NTT DATA's digital transformation capabilities to accelerate cloud and data integration services for enterprise clients.

Mastek Ltd has acquired MST Solutions, an independent Salesforce consulting and system-integration partner based in Chandler, Arizona. The deal expands Mastek's Salesforce and customer-experience capabilities, increases its services bench, and provides MST access to a global market through Mastek's international footprint.

Spire Capital Partners-backed Dynamic Quest has acquired Hargray's Managed IT Services division, a carve-out from Hargray (a Cable One company). The add-on expands Dynamic Quest's presence across the Southeastern United States—bringing Hargray Managed IT's team, customer base in South Carolina and Georgia, and managed services capabilities into Dynamic Quest's platform to accelerate regional growth and cross-selling.

Velosio has acquired Phoenix-based Silverware Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner that specializes in ERP and solutions for the agribusiness (commercial greenhouse) market. The acquisition expands Velosio's cloud ERP, CRM and digital transformation capabilities and adds Silverware's team of ~35 professionals and agribusiness-focused IP to Velosio's portfolio.

AHEAD, a provider of enterprise cloud services, has acquired Scottsdale-based vCORE Technology Partners to strengthen its presence in the Southwestern U.S. The deal expands AHEAD’s managed-services and cloud capabilities, bringing together talent and clients to create a business with more than $2 billion in gross revenues and over 1,300 employees.

Executech, a PE-backed managed IT and cybersecurity provider, has acquired Flagstaff Information Technology & Communications, LLC (Flagstaff IT), expanding Executech's geographic footprint into Flagstaff and northern Arizona. The Flagstaff IT leadership team, including President/CEO Brian Kelleher, will join Executech (Kelleher named Vice President of Northern Arizona) as part of Executech's continued roll-up strategy supported by Evergreen Services Group.

Candescent Partners led a recapitalization of Imagine Technology Group (ITG), partnering with ITG's senior management while mezzanine investors Parkway Capital, Eagle Private Capital and Midwest Mezzanine provided subordinated debt and equity. Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, ITG is a managed technology service provider specializing in copy and print equipment sales, managed print services, and IT services serving customers throughout Arizona.

Advent International has acquired a majority stake in Encora, a global digital engineering and software product development services provider. Warburg Pincus, the prior majority shareholder, retains a minority stake; Advent will partner with Encora's management to accelerate global growth, expand capabilities, and pursue targeted M&A.

Anaheim-based managed services provider The Network Pro has acquired Tucson-based MSP Nextrio. The deal expands The Network Pro’s presence into southern Arizona, transfers Nextrio’s infrastructure and customer portfolio to the buyer, and retains Nextrio’s employees and senior management under the combined organization.

Centrilogic has acquired Scottsdale, Arizona-based 3RP, a managed services provider specializing in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Applications, and databases. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) brings 3RP's staff and deep Oracle expertise into Centrilogic to expand its Oracle capabilities and West Coast footprint.

iCoreConnect, a cloud-based SaaS provider for healthcare business workflows, has acquired Spectrum Technology Solutions, a Scottsdale-based managed IT and cybersecurity services firm. The acquisition expands iCoreConnect’s service offerings (managed services, cloud, data backup, vCIO and cybersecurity) to better support its healthcare customers and accelerate the company’s growth.

UPSTACK has acquired Phoenix-based telecom and cloud advisory firm LanYap Networks; terms were not disclosed. LanYap co-founders Angie Tocco and Laura Dashney will join UPSTACK as Partners and Managing Directors and become equity stakeholders as UPSTACK continues to scale its cloud and internet infrastructure advisory platform (UPSTACK is PE-backed following a $50 million investment from Berkshire Partners).

Apps Associates, backed by BV Investment Partners, has acquired Ethos, a Phoenix-based Salesforce consultancy. The add-on strengthens Apps Associates' Salesforce consulting and digital transformation capabilities (including Heroku and MuleSoft expertise) and provides Ethos employees and customers access to Apps Associates' broader technical team and services. Tequity acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ethos on the transaction.

Horizon Capital-backed Sapphire Systems has acquired Pioneer B1, an Arizona-headquartered SAP Business One partner, to extend Sapphire's North American regional coverage. The add-on purchase strengthens Sapphire's US presence and brings in skilled SAP Business One implementation and support staff to support clients' digital transformation initiatives.

AccountabilIT, a Scottsdale-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm, has acquired Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), a managed services provider in Arizona. The acquisition expands AccountabilIT's cloud, cybersecurity and hardware/software resale capabilities while extending both companies' presence in Arizona and national markets and creating growth opportunities for the combined ~160 employees.

Executech, a Salt Lake City-based managed IT services provider backed by Evergreen Services Group, has acquired USPCNET, a Phoenix-area MSP. The add-on expands Executech's footprint into the Phoenix market and brings USPCNET employees and clients access to broader technical resources and expanded cybersecurity and cloud capabilities.

NewSpring Mezzanine, part of NewSpring, has made a mezzanine investment in MicroAge in partnership with Alerion Capital Group. The capital will support MicroAge's next phase of growth as a technology services and managed services provider, enabling investments in services-led capabilities, cloud, security, and remote-work solutions while supporting leadership transition.

General Microsystems Inc., nVision Networking, Inc., and Extreme Integration merged to create GMI (Global Market Innovators), a women- and minority-owned IT solutions company headquartered in Arizona. The combined business brings together managed services, networking, security, cloud and professional services capabilities to deliver broader IT infrastructure and security offerings for commercial and government customers.

Saalex Information Technology (SaalexIT), a division of Saalex Corporation, has acquired Scottsdale-based Managed Service Provider Valeo Networks to expand its cloud, cybersecurity and MSSP capabilities across the Southwest. Valeo Networks will continue to operate as a DBA SaalexIT Company and maintain its Scottsdale headquarters; financial terms were not disclosed.

Knox Capital Holdings, LLC has made a strategic investment in Collabtech Group to accelerate the collaboration-technology services company’s international expansion and scale its workforce and infrastructure. The capital will support hiring across HR, accounting and sales at Collabtech’s Arizona location as the firm expands its global presence and managed services offering.

An affiliate of Warburg Pincus committed approximately $200 million to Indecomm Digital Services, a Scottsdale-headquartered product engineering and digital experience services company. The growth investment will support Indecomm's global expansion, strengthen R&D capabilities, and accelerate organic and inorganic growth.

AVI-SPL, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Digital Video Networks (DVN), a Phoenix-based audiovisual systems integrator with four Southwest U.S. locations. The acquisition expands AVI-SPL’s service footprint and capabilities in the Southwestern U.S., giving DVN customers access to AVI-SPL’s global delivery network and managed services.

NexusTek, a Denver-area IT services and consulting firm, acquired Phoenix-based CyberTrails from Republic Financial Corporation to expand its regional footprint and technical capabilities. The deal establishes a Phoenix office and augments NexusTek's onsite and remote IT support, help desk and NOC capabilities to better serve SMB clients in the Western United States.
