Legal Services Acquisitions in Colorado

Onit, Inc. has acquired LawBase, a long-standing case-management platform trusted by state, local and education (SLED) agencies and law firms for over four decades. The deal expands Onit's SLED-focused legal operations portfolio, combining LawBase with Onit's existing solutions (including recently acquired Legal Files) to deepen capabilities, security, and integrated AI-native workflows for government customers.

Georgetown, Texas-based litigation support firm Array has acquired Denver-based Litigation Solutions Inc. (LSi), adding eDiscovery, document scanning, collections & forensics, and trial/deposition support to Array's offerings. The deal expands Array's geographic footprint into the Mountain West and broadens its litigation support capabilities for law firms, corporate counsel, and government clients.

Innovative Discovery has acquired information governance consultancy Integro to expand its e-discovery offerings and provide end-to-end services across the EDRM. Financial terms were not disclosed; Integro will initially continue to operate as a separate brand while its management (led by CEO Scott Burt) will lead Innovative Discovery's information governance services. The deal is being executed with Innovative Discovery as a PE-backed platform (backed by Silver Oak Services Partners).
