Veritext, a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners, has acquired Atlanta-based BAY Mediation and Arbitration Services. FourBridges Capital Advisors represented BAY owners Bill Allred and F. Scott Young in the transaction; BAY will operate as a growth platform for Veritext's ADR services in the Southeast while the founders remain involved.

Lexitas, a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax Partners, has acquired TP.One Court Reporting (formerly a division of Trustpoint.One). The add-on expands Lexitas’s litigation support and court reporting capabilities and strengthens its presence in key markets including Georgia, the DMV and Nevada.

Annapolis-based Frost Law, led by Glen Frost, has acquired the tax controversy practice of Alyssa Maloof Whatley and hired her as Director of Tax Controversy (Domestic). The transaction brings specialized IRS and state tax controversy capabilities, client-centered technology, and an established solo practice in Atlanta, Georgia into Frost Law's growing multi-state platform.

Arcapita Group Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Trustpoint.One, a tech-enabled legal services provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Trustpoint.One offers eDiscovery, managed review, legal staffing and cybersecurity solutions to top law firms and Fortune 500 clients; Arcapita said it will support the company’s growth, technology investments and market expansion.

Greybull Stewardship, a private investment firm, has acquired Courtroom Connect, a provider of litigation support connectivity and legal event streaming. The investment will support Courtroom Connect's growth and expansion of its Remote Counsel and Courtroom View Network (CVN) offerings.
