Infinite Reality (iR) signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Drone Racing League (DRL) for $250 million, boosting iR's valuation to $3.5 billion. The acquisition brings DRL's technology, media assets and sports IP into iR's immersive, AI-powered entertainment platform and is expected to close in Q2 2024 subject to customary approvals.
