Integrum, a private investment firm, made a significant strategic investment in True, the Philadelphia-based executive talent management platform, to fund True's next phase of growth. As part of the partnership Integrum is adding senior leaders to True’s board to support expansion of its technology-led talent, advisory, and search offerings.

Innovien Solutions, a woman-owned technology services firm headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired The Denzel Group, a Pennsylvania-based IT recruiting and consulting firm founded in 2006. The deal brings The Denzel Group's Northeast client relationships and talent-delivery capabilities onto Innovien's national platform, strengthening Innovien's Northeast presence and accelerating its expansion into federal and healthcare services.

Keystone Partners, a Silver Oak Services Partners portfolio company, has acquired CCI Consulting, a provider of HR consulting, executive search, leadership development and career transition services based near Philadelphia. The add-on expands Keystone's talent management and leadership transformation capabilities and broadens its reach across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.

Humareso, a global HR consulting firm headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida, has acquired Rhabit Analytics, a Pittsburgh-based provider of employee performance and engagement analytics. The acquisition will integrate Rhabit's real-time analytics and feedback tools into Humareso's HR consulting and HRO offerings to expand data-driven talent development and workforce management capabilities.

Advanced RPO, a Chicago-based recruitment process outsourcing provider, has acquired Aspirant RPO, a Pittsburgh-based RPO firm. The deal expands Advanced RPO's footprint in the chemical and manufacturing sectors and adds capabilities such as employer branding and talent advisory to its client offerings.

ZRG, a PE-backed global talent advisory firm, has acquired Helbling & Associates, a Wexford, Pennsylvania–based executive search firm focused on real estate, facilities, and construction. The acquisition bolsters ZRG’s Real Estate practice and expands its capabilities to serve clients across education, healthcare, research, and construction sectors.

ScaleCo Management has made a growth investment in Pittsburgh-based employee assessment and talent development firm PSP Metrics, Inc., marking ScaleCo's 20th platform investment. PSP founders Dr. Gary Williamson and Dr. Steve Guinn remain involved as investors/advisors, while Donald L. Bedney III joins as President to support the company's planned organic growth and add-on strategy in human capital management.

NFP has acquired Philadelphia-based Juno Search Partners, a search and staffing firm that specializes in contingent search, contractor placement, executive search and custom talent solutions. Tecum Capital Partners has made a growth investment in JD Palatine LLC, a U.S.-based, technology-enabled business process outsourcing provider focused on background and employment screening. First Commonwealth Bank provided senior debt financing alongside Tecum; JD Palatine’s founder and CEO Chad Killian will remain in place as the company pursues expansion with new capital and strategic support.

Exude, Inc., a Philadelphia-based employee benefits and HR consulting firm, has acquired Benefits Strategies Consulting, Inc., an independent health broker based in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The deal brings Benefits Strategies' clients and staff into Exude, expanding Exude's benefits reach and client base across the Delaware, Lehigh and Lancaster Valley areas.

Aquiline Capital Partners has made a growth investment in PrimePay, a national payroll, human capital management (HCM), and benefits services provider. As part of the transaction PrimePay founder and CEO Bill Pellicano will move to Executive Board Chair, John LaMancuso will join as CEO, and Michael Pires will be promoted to President & COO to support the company's expansion across the HCM market.

Gladstone Investment Corporation partnered with Slate Capital Group and members of Horizon's executive management to acquire Horizon Facilities Services, a provider of outsourced labor solutions and commercial janitorial services headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Gladstone provided equity and senior secured debt to complete the transaction; the partnership will support Horizon's next phase of growth in the outsourced labor and facilities services market.
