The acquisition integrates Acqueon's proactive, AI-powered outreach capabilities into Five9's Intelligent CX Platform to expand outbound solutions, enhance journey orchestration, and strengthen AI-driven customer engagement across financial services, healthcare, government and retail customers.

Boston-based Flywire Corporation acquired Austin-headquartered Invoiced on Aug. 2 for $55 million (approximately $47.5M cash plus $7.5M contingent consideration). The deal adds an accounts-receivable SaaS capability to Flywire's B2B payments platform, is expected to contribute about $2M revenue in FY2024, and aims to accelerate Flywire's product roadmap and monetization of Invoiced's invoicing volume.
