Conga, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of the B2B business of PROS Holdings, Inc. The deal brings PROS' AI-driven pricing and revenue optimization capabilities together with Conga's CPQ, CLM and document automation offerings to create an end-to-end revenue orchestration platform.

Technical Toolboxes, a Houston-based provider of pipeline and asset engineering software, has acquired HUVR, an Austin-based inspection data management and digital workflow platform. The acquisition integrates HUVR’s cloud inspection data capabilities with Technical Toolboxes’ critical engineering assessment software to improve asset integrity data management and inspection workflows for energy operators.

Dealerware, a cloud-native fleet management and mobility SaaS platform for automotive OEMs and retailers, has been acquired by a group of growth investors led by Wavecrest Growth Partners and Radian Capital, with participation from Automotive Ventures and automotive executives David Metter and Devin Daly. The investment will accelerate Dealerware's product-development roadmap and expand its suite of mobility and fleet-management solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.

TA Associates has made a strategic, majority growth investment in OneSource Virtual (OSV), a provider of in-tenant HR and payments BPaaS for the Workday ecosystem. Founders, management, and employees retain a meaningful minority stake while prior investors Halyard Capital and TCV fully exit; the capital will support OSV's product innovation, organic growth, and enhanced customer capabilities.

Momentive Software, a TA Associates-backed platform, has acquired Personify, an Austin-based provider of association management, event management, job board, and member engagement software used by more than 17,000 organizations. The deal expands Momentive’s portfolio of AI-powered, mission-driven SaaS solutions and positions the combined company to serve over 37,000 organizations worldwide with enhanced predictive analytics and integrated platform capabilities.

Valsoft Corporation has acquired PenguinData Workforce Management, a provider of workforce management SaaS for telecom, fiber and utility contractors. PenguinData will operate autonomously under CEO/COO leadership and join Valsoft’s Fluent Software Group to expand Valsoft’s infrastructure and field-services software portfolio.

Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks have merged to form a single AI cloud-native physical security company operating under the Brivo name. The combined Brivo Security Suite unifies cloud access control, video intelligence, visitor management and intrusion capabilities; Dean Drako will serve as CEO and Steve Van Till as President, with U.S. headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland and Austin, Texas.

Renvent Holdings LLC has acquired 100% of DataGavel from co-founders Johnny Friedman and Shane O'Neill, completing Renvent's ownership of the legaltech platform. The transaction positions Renvent to scale DataGavel's SaaS litigation analytics product, accelerate the roadmap, and expand commercial adoption among corporate defendants and defense counsel.

Pamlico Capital has completed a recapitalization investment in EHS Insight, a Houston-based provider of cloud-based environmental, health, and safety (EHS) software, with existing investor Level Equity making a significant re-investment. EHS Insight co-founders Gary McDonald and Eric Stevens will retain meaningful ownership stakes; the capital will support continued product innovation, customer impact, and growth.

Thoma Bravo completed an all-cash acquisition of PROS Holdings, Inc. valuing the company at approximately $1.4 billion, with PROS shareholders receiving $23.25 per share. Thoma Bravo will operate PROS' travel business as a new platform, "PROS Travel," while PROS' B2B business is expected to be combined with Thoma Bravo portfolio company Conga (expected to close in Q1 2026).

Respida Capital, an independent sponsor, has acquired ENTOUCH, a Dallas-area provider of cloud-based energy management and smart building technology. Monroe Capital led a growth capital investment to support the acquisition and help accelerate ENTOUCH's next stage of growth.

Carta has acquired Sirvatus, a loan administration platform for private credit funds, and rebranded the offering as Carta Loan Operations. The deal integrates Sirvatus's loan operations technology with Carta's fund administration and investor reporting capabilities to provide an end-to-end solution for private credit fund CFOs.

Capacity, the St. Louis–based AI-powered support automation platform, has acquired Creovai, a conversation-intelligence company formed in 2024 from the merger of Tethr and Awaken Intelligence. The deal — terms confidential — brings real-time agent assist, automated quality assurance and deeper conversational intelligence into Capacity's platform while Creovai will continue to operate independently as it integrates into Capacity.

Ideagen has acquired SafetyStratus, a Plano, Texas–based provider of enterprise EHS software focused on chemical management, hazardous waste, radiation and biosafety. The acquisition adds specialized chemical management capabilities to Ideagen's EHSQ portfolio, expanding its offerings to life sciences, healthcare, higher education and regulated manufacturing customers.

RingCentral has acquired CommunityWFM, a cloud-based, AI-first workforce management provider, to integrate advanced WFM capabilities into its RingCX contact center platform. The addition enables RingCentral to offer AI-powered forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence as part of RingCX, with the new RingCentral AI Workforce Management available as an add-on starting at $20 per agent per month.

Sonny's Enterprises has acquired WashMetrix, a business insight and performance management platform for car wash operators, and will integrate it into its Quivio business management suite. The acquisition enhances Quivio's analytics, BI, and integrations (POS, HRIS, accounting) to provide operators with consolidated operational visibility and faster financial reporting.

ASSA ABLOY has acquired SiteOwl, an Austin-based cloud platform that modernizes physical security lifecycle management. The acquisition adds SiteOwl's SaaS lifecycle-management capabilities to ASSA ABLOY's access control and physical security portfolio to better serve system integrators, service providers and end-users.

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) completed the acquisition of U.S.-based e2open (NYSE:ETWO) for an enterprise value of $2.1 billion, funded via a new syndicated debt facility. The deal expands WiseTech’s product footprint beyond logistics service providers into broader global and domestic trade and supply chain SaaS capabilities, increasing its total addressable market.

Audax Private Equity has completed the sale of GovOS, a cloud-based transaction and compliance software provider for state and local governments, to Neumo — a newly formed govtech platform backed by Arlington Capital Partners. Terms were not disclosed; GovOS is headquartered in Austin, Texas and serves more than 700 government agencies.

Bullhorn has acquired TargetRecruit, a Houston-based provider of front- and middle-office recruitment solutions built on the Salesforce platform. The deal expands Bullhorn's Salesforce ecosystem to nearly 150,000 users and strengthens its presence in the healthcare staffing market, enabling TargetRecruit customers to access Bullhorn's AI, middle-office expertise, and recruitment cloud offerings.

Acumera, a provider of secure edge connectivity and managed network services, has acquired Scale Computing, a leader in hyperconverged infrastructure and edge virtualization. The combined company—which will operate under the Scale Computing name—aims to accelerate edge AI and virtualization offerings for distributed enterprises and managed service providers.

Files.com, the secure file transfer and automation platform, has acquired ExpanDrive, a desktop app that mounts cloud and remote storage as local drives. ExpanDrive will be made free for personal use and its technology will be integrated to expand Files.com's multi-cloud access and user experience.

TPG, through its TPG Capital platform, completed the $1.1 billion acquisition of Hospitality Solutions, a carve-out from Sabre, establishing the business as an independent hospitality technology company. Hospitality Solutions also received a strategic minority investment from hotel owner-operator MCR and named Teresa Mackintosh CEO as TPG and partners position the company to accelerate product development and global customer onboarding.

Allegion plc, through a subsidiary, has acquired Gatewise Incorporated, a Houston-based provider of cloud-based gate entry and access control software for the U.S. multifamily market. Gatewise CEO Amit Sherman will join Allegion to support integration and growth; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition complements Allegion's Zentra multifamily access solution by adding perimeter access and mobile/cloud capabilities.

Nottingham-based Ideagen has acquired ConvergePoint, a Texas-based provider of Microsoft 365 SharePoint policy and compliance management software. The acquisition expands Ideagen's policy management and productivity capabilities to better serve regulated industries such as healthcare, manufacturing and energy.

IgniteTech, an AI-first enterprise software company, has acquired Khoros, the digital-first customer engagement and community platform. IgniteTech plans to integrate its AI technologies across Khoros' Communities, Service and Social Media Management products to deliver new AI-driven capabilities and enhanced brand intelligence.

Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALKT) has acquired MANTL, a provider of account origination and digital account-opening technology, bringing the teams together to expand Alkami’s onboarding and account-opening capabilities. The acquisition integrates MANTL’s account origination solutions into Alkami’s cloud-based digital banking platform to strengthen digital sales, onboarding, and data-driven marketing for banks and credit unions.

Morae Global Corporation has acquired Gimmal, an end-to-end information governance software platform, integrating Gimmal’s IG SaaS into Morae’s MorAI-driven legal technology and services. The deal, completed under Morae’s PE-backed ownership by Lateral Investment Management, strengthens Morae’s legal-tech capabilities and expands its offering to law firms, corporate legal departments and government clients.

ServiceNow has signed a definitive agreement to acquire data.world, a cloud-native data catalog and data governance platform based in Austin, Texas. The acquisition expands ServiceNow’s capabilities for making enterprise data "AI-ready," adding metadata management and governance to support AI and automation across its platform; terms were not disclosed.

The Brydon Group has made a strategic growth investment in TestAssure, a cloud-based provider of automated testing solutions for enterprise workforce management and payroll systems. As part of the investment, Adam Dufner was appointed CEO and founder Heiko Roth will transition to a strategic advisory role to support product capability expansion and market growth.

Kenect, a provider of dealership engagement and reputation management software, has acquired Auto Labs, an AI-native platform focused on fixed operations and customer experience for automotive dealerships. The deal expands Kenect's AI capabilities—adding automated service scheduling, video multi-point inspection, recall mining and telephony—to improve dealer service lane utilization and customer retention; financial terms were not disclosed.

Apax Funds, advised by Apax Partners LLP, has reached an agreement to increase its equity stake in ECI Software Solutions and will become a co-control owner alongside Leonard Green & Partners (LGP); GIC also made a substantial new investment. The transaction is intended to support ECI’s continued growth — including accelerated M&A and international expansion — as the company continues to scale its cloud-based, industry-specific ERP and business management software.

Motorola Solutions has acquired RapidDeploy, an Austin-based cloud-native Next Generation 911 (NG911) provider, from growth equity investor Edison Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. RapidDeploy's SaaS products—used by more than 1,600 PSAPs across 23–24 states—will be integrated with Motorola's VESTA and Rave public-safety platforms to enhance emergency response and situational awareness.

Tritium Partners led a $115 million growth investment in Loxo, an Austin-based talent intelligence and recruiting software platform. The financing will support Loxo’s AI and product development and help expand its market reach under new Executive Chairman Paul Bartlett.

Cleo has acquired DataTrans Solutions (DTS), a cloud-based procurement automation and EDI solutions provider; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition integrates DTS’s procurement automation capabilities into the Cleo Integration Cloud to strengthen procurement orchestration, supplier onboarding, and working capital optimization.

Selerix, a cloud-based benefits administration provider based in McKinney, Texas, has acquired TBX (The Benefits eXpert), a Plano-based employee benefits education and enrollment technology company. The purchase integrates TBX's engagement and education capabilities into Selerix's platform to create an all‑in‑one benefits administration SaaS solution that improves employee decision support, enrollment workflows, and data accuracy.

Contentstack acquired Lytics, a real-time customer data platform, in a deal that closed in December 2024 to add first‑party data activation, audience insights and profile management to Contentstack's composable DXP. The combination aims to enable real‑time personalization at scale for brands and creates a combined business that the company says includes over 500 customers and more than 500 employees.

Ancor Capital Partners, a Dallas-area private investment firm, announced a strategic partnership and minority investment in Predictive Fitness, Inc., the Southlake, Texas developer of AI-powered fitness SaaS including the TriDot platform. The investment will support Predictive Fitness' growth and expansion of its AI-driven training products for endurance athletes, coaches, and broader health/wellness markets. Terms were not disclosed.

TA Associates has made a minority investment in Certinia to support the company's next phase of growth, while Haveli Investments will retain a majority position. Existing investors General Atlantic and Salesforce Ventures will continue to hold meaningful stakes as TA partners with management to accelerate Certinia's Professional Services Automation and Customer Success expansion globally.

SalesRabbit, a Lehi, Utah–based field sales management platform, has acquired RoofLink, a Cedar Park, Texas–headquartered CRM and roofing sales solution. The deal integrates RoofLink's roof measurement, estimating, and project workflow tools into SalesRabbit's platform to provide a unified, industry-specific sales-to-production solution for roofing and home-improvement contractors.

SMA Technologies has acquired Encapture, an intelligent document processing (IDP) and image lifecycle management platform, to expand its OpCon automation capabilities for banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. The deal adds machine learning‑driven OCR, document verification, and loan origination/compliance capabilities to SMA's workflow and orchestration offering, enabling deeper front- and back‑office automation for financial customers.

Chartbeat, a media operations SaaS platform and portfolio company of Cuadrilla Capital, received a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital's Private Credit Group. The capital will support product innovation and Chartbeat's pursuit of complementary acquisitions after its recent buys of Lineup Systems and Tubular Labs.

YouTube creator MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) has acquired Vouch, a creator-focused hiring platform founded by Marty Pesis. MrBeast plans to use Vouch to supercharge internal hiring for his teams and continue scaling the platform externally; financial terms were not disclosed.

HP Inc. has acquired Vyopta, an Austin-based provider of collaboration management solutions that offers analytics and monitoring for large unified communications and collaboration (UC) networks. The purchase will integrate Vyopta's analytics, monitoring and space/application management capabilities into HP's Workforce Experience Platform to accelerate AI-driven insights, fleet management, and a rebuilt SaaS platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Funds affiliated with Vista Equity Partners and Warburg Pincus have agreed to acquire Redwood Software from Turn/River Capital. The deal, announced September 10, 2024, will position Redwood to accelerate product development and strategic M&A as it scales its SaaS-based automation platform; terms were not disclosed.

RF Investment Partners co-invested alongside Greenridge Growth Partners in Covr to provide capital supporting Covr’s acquisition of Data IQ. The deal combines Covr’s workforce management SaaS for post-acute care with Data IQ’s business intelligence and analytics capabilities to create an expanded labor-management platform for skilled nursing and long-term care operators.

Funds advised by Apax Partners LLP have acquired a controlling stake in Veriforce from Thoma Bravo. Veriforce, a US-headquartered provider of supply chain risk management SaaS and services, will partner with Apax to drive further organic growth, international expansion and product scaling; financial terms were not disclosed.

Funds managed by CVC have agreed to acquire a significant ownership position in Epicor, joining existing investor Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) as equal Board partners. Epicor — an Austin-based, industry-specific SaaS ERP provider — will continue to be led by CEO Steve Murphy as the investors support further SaaS migration, product innovation (including AI/BI capabilities) and international expansion.

Five9 has acquired Acqueon, a provider of real-time revenue execution and outbound omnichannel engagement software, in a deal announced in August 2024 and completed in 2024. The acquisition integrates Acqueon's proactive, AI-powered outreach capabilities into Five9's Intelligent CX Platform to expand outbound solutions, enhance journey orchestration, and strengthen AI-driven customer engagement across financial services, healthcare, government and retail customers.

Boston-based Flywire Corporation acquired Austin-headquartered Invoiced on Aug. 2 for $55 million (approximately $47.5M cash plus $7.5M contingent consideration). The deal adds an accounts-receivable SaaS capability to Flywire's B2B payments platform, is expected to contribute about $2M revenue in FY2024, and aims to accelerate Flywire's product roadmap and monetization of Invoiced's invoicing volume.
