K1 Investment Management has invested more than $150 million in GoCanvas, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of mobile business applications and cloud forms for data collection and workflow automation. The growth capital will be used to accelerate product enhancements, scale global operations, and expand worldwide sales and brand awareness.

Kayne Partners, the growth equity group of Kayne Anderson, provided $30 million in equity funding to Decisiv, Inc. to accelerate its product roadmap and support global expansion across commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, construction, agriculture and mining markets. As part of the financing, Kayne Partners will be represented on Decisiv's board to support the company's continued growth of its cloud-based Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform.
