Senior executives Zach Hyder and Gina Maffei completed a management buyout of public affairs firm Hubbell from founder Ward Hubbell, with advisory support from TobinLeff. Hubbell is a public affairs firm that helps developers and industry groups plan and build community assets across Oregon, Washington, California and Texas, focusing on renewable energy, digital infrastructure, housing, and industrial land use.

DCI Consulting Group has acquired Human Resource Specialties, Inc., a boutique affirmative action and OFCCP compliance consulting firm. The acquisition expands DCI's affirmative action, OFCCP audit support, and pay-equity capabilities while retaining key HR Specialties personnel to ensure continuity of client services.

The Planet Group, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, has agreed to acquire Future State Consulting, a Portland-area digital mobility and technology talent consultancy. The acquisition expands Planet's technology consulting capabilities and will integrate Future State with Planet's existing technology platforms including Strive Consulting and Launch Consulting Group.

West Monroe has acquired Portland-based change management consultancy 71 & Change, expanding the firm's organizational change management capabilities and nearly doubling its OCM team nationally. The acquisition adds change management methodologies and digital tools, strengthens West Monroe's West Coast presence, and brings additional leadership and talent to support growing client demand for transformation services.
