IT Services Acquisitions in New Hampshire

Virtusa Corporation has acquired Sincera Technologies, a software development and digital transformation firm focused on telecommunications, to strengthen Virtusa's AI, data and telecom transformation capabilities. The deal brings Sincera's 1Data platform and telecom domain expertise into Virtusa's digital engineering offerings to accelerate solutions for telecom and cable operators.

Usherwood Office Technology has acquired PiF Technologies, a New Hampshire-based provider of print and document management, to expand service capabilities and technical expertise across the Northeast. PiF will operate under the Usherwood name and clients will retain continuity of service while gaining access to Usherwood's broader portfolio of IT, managed print, and cloud solutions.

Blue Mantis, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire–based IT solutions and managed services provider, has acquired North Shore Data Services, an IT services firm focused on customized network infrastructure solutions headquartered in Kingston, New Hampshire. The acquisition bolsters Blue Mantis' networking practice (SD‑WAN, WAN/LAN, wireless) and creates cross‑sell opportunities across Blue Mantis’ cyber, cloud and carrier services while adding a vertically diverse set of ~200 customers.

Thrive, a global technology outsourcing provider, has acquired Secured Network Services (SNS), a New Hampshire–based IT provider serving healthcare, non-profit, and municipal customers. The deal expands Thrive's presence into New Hampshire and deepens its New England footprint while extending Thrive's security operations center and hybrid cloud capabilities to SNS customers; Thrive is PE-backed following a strategic investment from Berkshire Partners and Court Square Capital.

Worklyn Partners, a holding company focused on cybersecurity and IT services, has acquired Salem, New Hampshire-based IT Management Solutions (ITMS). The add-on expands Worklyn's New England footprint and capabilities in managed IT, cloud services, and cybersecurity as part of its integrated platform of IT and security vendors.

Recognize, a private equity firm focused on digital and technology services, has made a majority investment in Blue Mantis, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based IT services provider specializing in managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. Abry Partners, which had backed Blue Mantis since 2020, will remain a minority investor as Recognize and management pursue growth, capability expansion, and M&A to scale the business.

Velonex Technologies, a San Antonio-based IT services and cybersecurity provider, has acquired Morse Technologies, an IT service and consulting firm headquartered in Salem, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Velonex’s footprint and service capabilities in the New England region; Morse’s founder and leadership team will remain with the business following the transaction.

Amplix, a Gemspring Capital-backed technology advisory and services platform, has acquired substantially all assets of TNS Communications LLC, a New Hampshire-based technology advisor serving ~200 enterprise and SMB customers. The add-on expands Amplix’s managed services, connectivity and cloud-telephony capabilities and strengthens its presence in the New England market; terms were not disclosed.

E78 Partners has acquired Macronet, a value-added services distributor and IT & telecom consulting firm. Macronet will operate as a service line under E78's Technology Management and Advisory business unit to expand E78's technology expense management and related capabilities for middle-market and private equity portfolio clients.

Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) acquired RafterOne, a global Salesforce multi‑cloud commerce solutions provider, from BV Investment Partners. The deal transfers RafterOne’s advisory, consulting and managed‑services capabilities on Salesforce into IPG to expand its commerce and Salesforce offerings.

ISC Group LLC has acquired the direct sales division of Mosaic Technology Corporation, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based IT reseller and solutions provider. The deal expands ISC Group's offerings into hybrid, private and public cloud solutions and transfers existing product authorizations and service contracts from Mosaic's direct sales team.

BV Investment Partners has made a growth investment in PixelMEDIA (Pixel), a digital commerce services firm that helps brands launch, manage and grow ecommerce on the Salesforce platform. Co‑founders Erik Dodier and Thomas Obrey will remain in their roles and retain significant ownership as BV partners with the team to expand capabilities, invest in staff, and accelerate growth.

Boston-based private equity firm Abry Partners completed a recapitalization of GreenPages Technology Solutions, a hybrid cloud services provider and systems integrator. The recapitalization will provide capital to accelerate GreenPages’ organic growth, support M&A activity and expand its go-to-market for cloud, security, and managed IT services.

PureFacts Financial Solutions has acquired VennScience, a full-service Salesforce consultancy headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands PureFacts' Salesforce consulting capabilities and establishes a stronger presence in key U.S. markets including Boston and New York to better serve wealth management clients.
