UPSTACK, a New York-based full-service technology brokerage, has acquired Seattle-based Avail Partners, a technology consulting firm focused on cloud economics, solution design and vendor evaluation. Avail founders Dan Marsh and Scott Maurice will join UPSTACK as partners and the Avail team will expand UPSTACK's presence and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest and key verticals including manufacturing, healthcare and professional services.

Ascendion has acquired Moodys Northwest Consulting, a Bellevue-based product strategy and transformation firm, to strengthen its product management and AI-led engineering capabilities. The deal integrates Moodys as Ascendion’s Product Management Center of Excellence to deliver end-to-end product strategy, design, and AI-powered engineering for enterprise clients.

Fusiontek, a Kirkland, Washington-based managed services provider, has acquired Amarok, an Issaquah MSP with an in-house software development team. The deal brings custom application development, workflow automation, cloud integration and AI-powered data capabilities to Fusiontek and retains Amarok's team and offices during integration.

Trace3, an Irvine-based business transformation consultancy, has acquired IVOXY, a Seattle-based data center-focused technology solutions provider. The deal expands Trace3's Pacific Northwest footprint and adds capabilities in software-defined networking, hybrid cloud, infrastructure engineering, and cybersecurity; IVOXY will operate as "IVOXY, a Trace3 Company."

CTL Corporation has acquired 3R Technology, an R2v3- and NAID AAA-certified IT asset disposition (ITAD) provider based in Kent, Washington. The acquisition expands CTL's IT lifecycle offerings—adding refurbishment, secure data destruction, and e-waste recycling capabilities to better serve education and enterprise customers nationwide; investor Columbia River Partners supported the transaction.

The Select Group (TSG), a Raleigh-based technology consulting firm, has acquired Bluehawk Consulting, a Washington-based technology and business consulting firm. The acquisition expands TSG's capabilities and geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest while bolstering its end-to-end technology consulting and managed services offerings for enterprise clients.

Kirkland-based managed services provider FusionTek has acquired Seattle-based hardware reseller and IT service firm dpe Systems. The acquisition expands FusionTek's hardware, software and subscription capabilities, strengthening its managed IT, cybersecurity and incident response offerings for regional business clients.

Agellus Capital has completed a recapitalization investment in BlackPoint IT Services, a Seattle-based provider of managed IT, cloud hosting/VoIP, and cybersecurity services. The transaction will support BlackPoint's organic growth and enable further add-on acquisitions while James and Lesleigh Watson remain significant owners.

NWN Carousel, backed by private equity firm American Securities, has acquired Leverage Information Systems, a federal-focused IT solution provider. The deal expands NWN Carousel's presence in the U.S. Northwest and strengthens its capability to deliver AI-powered communications, networking, cybersecurity and managed services to federal agencies including the US Navy, NASA and the Department of Energy.

IBM has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Accelalpha, a Bellevue-based Oracle Cloud Applications consultancy, from Century Park Capital Partners and other equityholders. The deal, expected to close in Q4 2024 pending customary approvals, will expand IBM Consulting's Oracle Cloud and supply‑chain/finance implementation and managed‑services capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Nobl Q, an AI-first digital solutions company headquartered in Dallas, announced the acquisition of Corezi, a Seattle-based cloud and digital transformation firm. The deal expands Nobl Q's cloud, AI, DevOps and financial-services capabilities and brings Corezi's leadership into key roles within Nobl Q.

VC3, a Columbia, South Carolina–based managed services provider, has acquired Inline Computer & Communications, a long-running IT services firm in the Tri-Cities (Richland), Washington. The deal expands VC3’s footprint in the Northwest U.S. and adds Inline’s cybersecurity and compliance capabilities (including CMMC and HIPAA expertise) to VC3’s service offerings.

Netsurit, a New York–headquartered managed service provider, has acquired Avaunt Technologies, an MSP based in Tacoma, Washington. The deal expands Netsurit's U.S. footprint on the West Coast and strengthens its managed services and Microsoft-focused capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, has acquired Seattle-based managed service provider Digital Seattle in partnership with Digital Seattle founders Voiko and Vikki Tanev. The add-on deal expands ITS's geographic footprint and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest, with financing provided by Deerpath Capital; terms were not disclosed.

Irish-founded NearForm has acquired Formidable, a Seattle-based design and engineering consultancy, to expand its global software and product design capabilities. The deal brings Formidable's US presence and enterprise client relationships (including Puma, Lululemon, Starbucks and Walmart) into NearForm's platform, and NearForm remains led by CEO Ciarán Cosgrave with Formidable CEO Ryan Roemer joining the NearForm executive leadership team.

Isos Technology, an Atlassian Platinum Solution & Enterprise Partner owned by The Acacia Group, has acquired HyperVelocity, an Atlassian professional services firm headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. The acquisition expands Isos' Agile services and public sector capabilities — HyperVelocity will continue operating under its own brand while the combined Atlassian practice (including MajorKey) increases scale in the public sector and enterprise markets.

Absolute Performance, Inc. (an existing Seaside Equity portfolio company) has acquired Network Design & Management, Inc. (NDM), a provider of managed security and managed IT services. The add-on expands API's managed services platform by adding managed security/MSSP capabilities to better serve mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States.

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Inspirage, an integrated Oracle Cloud specialist focused on supply chain management. The deal adds Inspirage's Oracle supply chain expertise and roughly 710–736 employees to Accenture's Oracle Business Group to bolster its digital supply chain, touchless supply chain and digital twins capabilities.

ParkSouth Ventures, in partnership with Gemini Investors, made a strategic growth investment in Bear Group to accelerate the company's organic expansion and support acquisition-led growth. Bear Group is a Seattle-based provider of website and e-commerce development solutions (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Drupal) founded in 2007 with roughly 30 employees; financial terms were not disclosed.

Convergence Networks, a Riverside Partners-backed managed IT and cybersecurity platform, has acquired Seattle-based SWAT Systems, a provider of managed IT, cybersecurity, and communication services. The add-on expands Convergence Networks' technical bench and Seattle-area footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

InterVision, a PE-backed IT strategic service provider based in St. Louis, has acquired Virtuosity Consulting, a Bellevue-headquartered digital transformation and technology services firm with global delivery centers. The acquisition expands InterVision's onshore/offshore capabilities, technical depth, and global reach to support enterprise customers across cloud, automation, software engineering and Web3.0 initiatives.

Seattle-area technology consulting firm Fresh Consulting received a strategic growth investment from The Cynosure Group. The minority capital injection will support Fresh's capability expansion (including internal development and M&A) while the company's founders and management remain majority owners.

MajorKey Technologies, backed by The Acacia Group, has acquired Seattle-based Valence Group, Inc., a digital transformation consultancy of ~90 consultants and engineers. The add-on strengthens MajorKey's strategic consulting, user-centered design and AI/ML/data-integration capabilities and expands its team to over 650 people.

Executech, backed by Evergreen Services Group, has acquired Elevate, an IT support provider based in Richland, Washington. The Elevate team (led by CEO Paul Carlisle) will join Executech as the Tri-Cities office, expanding Executech's geographic reach and access to cybersecurity and cloud services.

Mphasis, the Bengaluru-based IT services company, has acquired Blink UX, a Seattle-headquartered user experience research, strategy, and design firm with over 130 employees and studios across the U.S. The deal strengthens Mphasis' experience and design capabilities, brings marquee enterprise clients, and is expected to be revenue- and growth-accretive for Mphasis.

Exadel, a PE-backed software engineering firm, has acquired Coppei, a Seattle-based digital business strategy and technology consultancy. The deal combines Coppei’s digital strategy and data-insight capabilities with Exadel’s global software engineering services to offer end-to-end digital transformation solutions.

Eliassen Group, a national strategic consulting and talent solutions firm, has acquired Rooster Park LLC, a Seattle-based software engineering staffing agency and consultancy. The acquisition expands Eliassen's West Coast presence and enhances its software engineering consulting and talent capabilities.

Unisys Corporation agreed to acquire Unify Square, a Bellevue-based provider of collaboration experience management and UCaaS tooling, for $152.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The deal bolsters Unisys’ digital workplace and UCaaS capabilities by integrating Unify Square’s PowerSuite software and managed services into Unisys’ digital workplace solutions offering.

Pax8 has acquired Sea-Level Operations, an education and coaching firm that provides training, coaching and scorecard analytics to IT service providers. The acquisition will expand Pax8’s education and enablement programs (Pax8 Academy) and give Pax8 partners access to Sea-Level’s coaching, curriculum and benchmarking tools to drive operational maturity and growth.

Aditi Consulting has raised a capital investment led by private equity firm Georgia Oak Partners, which also joined Aditi’s board. The funding will be used to expand Aditi’s go-to-market efforts and further develop its technology and services capabilities to accelerate customer digital transformation.

Milestone Technologies, a Silicon Valley-based IT managed services firm and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, acquired Covestic, a ServiceNow Elite Partner headquartered in Kirkland, Washington. The deal expands Milestone's ServiceNow and IT managed services capabilities and extends its footprint into the U.S. Pacific Northwest.

Charlotte-based private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners has made an investment in Crosslake Technologies, a provider of technical due diligence and technology value-creation services. The investment will include Falfurrias executives joining Crosslake's board and is intended to help Crosslake extend its capabilities organically and via acquisitions to better serve private equity and portfolio company clients.

Century Park Capital Partners completed a majority recapitalization of Accelalpha, a Bellevue-based Oracle-focused IT and business consulting firm, in partnership with founder and CEO Nat Ganesh and the Accelalpha management team. Century Park subsequently invested in and merged Prolog Partners (Atlanta) as an add-on to build a cloud IT services platform; financing for the transactions was provided by Cadence Bank, Graycliff Partners and ORIX Private Equity Solutions.

Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, acquired Base2 Solutions, a Bellevue-based provider of software and systems engineering consulting services, from Safran. The acquisition expands Belcan's digital systems and software capabilities and broadens its geographic footprint in major U.S. aerospace hubs. Terms were not disclosed.

Xoriant Corporation has acquired Arth Systems, a Redmond-based Microsoft-focused systems integrator and cloud managed services provider. The acquisition strengthens Xoriant's Microsoft cloud stack capabilities and system-integration expertise to better serve mid-market clients in technology, retail, and healthcare.

ISSQUARED, a global IT security and infrastructure services provider, has acquired Network Computing Architects, Inc. (NCA) to expand its West Coast presence and add networking, security and carrier solutions. NCA, founded in Bellevue, Washington, will join ISSQUARED's operations (the combined company remains headquartered in the Greater Los Angeles area) and CEO Tom Gobeille has been appointed Vice President and Chief Evangelist.

Lightyear Capital has acquired a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings Corp (Lighthouse), a Seattle-headquartered provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, information governance and GRC software and services. The transaction gives Lightyear control of Lighthouse as part of a growth strategy to expand the company's enterprise data management and eDiscovery capabilities; Spire Capital Partners (a prior investor) exited in the transaction.

Bellevue-based 110 Consulting has merged with fellow TA Group portfolio company Launch Consulting, combining their teams under the Launch brand to deliver expanded business intelligence, cloud operations, custom application development and digital transformation services. The merger, supported by TA Group Holdings (TAG) and parent Direct Technology, formalizes an integration that the companies said had effectively already occurred and aims to accelerate growth and client delivery.

Valorem Consulting, a Kansas City–based Microsoft-focused IT consulting firm, has acquired IdentityMine, a user-experience and interactive design firm with offices in Seattle, Kochi (India) and Herrliberg (Switzerland). The acquisition expands Valorem’s UX, mixed-reality (HoloLens) and interactive design capabilities and increases its global footprint and professional headcount.

First-Tek has acquired iFusionIT, a Pacific Northwest software staffing and consulting firm, in a strategic transaction announced by ACT Capital Advisors. The sellers were iFusionIT's shareholders, and the deal expands First-Tek's staffing and consulting capabilities and presence in the Pacific Northwest.
