Enbridge Inc. has completed the acquisition of Public Service Company of North Carolina, Incorporated (PSNC) from Dominion Energy. PSNC — a regulated single-state natural gas utility serving over 600,000 customers with more than 13,000 miles of pipeline — will operate as Enbridge Gas North Carolina and join Enbridge's Gas Distribution and Storage business unit.

ERMCO, a Dyersburg, Tennessee-based manufacturer of distribution transformers, has acquired GridBridge Corporation, a Raleigh, North Carolina power-delivery systems company and developer of the Grid Energy Router. GridBridge will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ERMCO to scale its energy-router product line and support utility and commercial customers in grid modernization; financial terms were not disclosed.
