Utilities Acquisitions in Tennessee

Jones Capital completed a recapitalization of Dark Horse Electric, a Sunbright, Tennessee-based provider of vegetation management and power line construction services for utilities and public-sector customers. The transaction will provide growth capital and operational support to expand Dark Horse's service capabilities and geographic reach while the company continues to operate from its Sunbright headquarters.

HomeServe USA has acquired Chattanooga-based ServLine, a provider of water and sewer service line protection and leak adjustment programs serving rural utilities across 18 states. FourBridges Capital advised ServLine on the transaction; ServLine founders Mark Slater and Gerry Harstine exited in the sale to the HomeServe subsidiary of UK-listed HomeServe PLC.
