eMerge Americas has acquired Miami AI Hub and appointed its founder, Burhan Sebin, as the organization’s first Chief AI Officer. The move expands eMerge's AI programming, launches a new Miami AI School, and aims to position Miami and South Florida as a global center for AI innovation and education.

Delivr.ai has acquired 4-Eyes.ai to integrate the latter's AI-powered audience and LLM-driven intent solutions into Delivr.ai's person-based intent data platform. The deal strengthens Delivr.ai's AI capabilities for contextual targeting and personalization, enabling more precise buyer-intent identification and improved marketing and sales activation.

Reuben Brothers has made a strategic growth investment in Edgelord LLC (EDGLRD), with participation from founding investor Samizdat LLC. The capital will accelerate EDGLRD’s proprietary AI-based entertainment software platform, expand its IP portfolio, and support the studio’s content and technology roadmap.

Kore.ai, an Orlando-based enterprise conversational and generative AI platform provider, raised $150 million in a strategic growth round led by FTV Capital with participation from NVIDIA and existing investors including Vistara Growth, Sweetwater PE, NextEquity, Nicola and Beedie. Tyler Technologies has acquired Computing System Innovations, LLC (CSI), an Orlando-area provider of AI-driven redaction, indexing, and document processing software for courts and public-sector customers. Tyler will integrate CSI's Intellidact platform into its eFile & Serve and other product suites to expand AI automation and document-processing capabilities; CSI management and staff will join Tyler and remain in their current offices.

Ziff Davis has made a $25 million minority equity investment in Xyla, Inc. and entered a long-term collaboration to integrate Xyla's OpenEvidence medical AI into Ziff Davis' Everyday Health Group. The strategic partnership is intended to accelerate AI-enabled products and drive enhanced, personalized engagement with healthcare professionals across Ziff Davis' healthcare properties.

VideoVerse, a video-editing SaaS platform, has acquired Reely.ai, an AI-powered content-creation and social distribution company focused on esports and gaming. The deal will integrate Reely.ai’s computer-vision highlight-detection and automation capabilities into VideoVerse’s product suite to expand its AI-driven short-form video and distribution offerings for players, streamers, teams and esports organizations. Terms were not disclosed.

Xalles Holdings Inc. (via its technology subsidiary Xalles Technology Inc.) will acquire AIgrowthHUB Inc. in a share exchange, making AIgrowthHUB a wholly owned subsidiary. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, AIgrowthHUB provides AI-driven customer acquisition and digital customer experience solutions and is expected to contribute about $7 million in revenue over the next 12 months.

Rokk3r, a Miami-based strategic holding company, has acquired AI companies AdMobilize and MATRIX Labs to expand its AI/IoT holdings, IP portfolio and commercialization opportunities. The acquisitions bring computer-vision, edge-AI and AIoT hardware/software capabilities into Rokk3r's ecosystem to scale across multiple verticals and markets.
