Green Street has acquired College House, a provider of property-level data and analytics for the U.S. student housing sector, to expand its property-level coverage and deepen student housing insights. The addition of College House’s granular dataset and team will support new sector-specific analytics, modeling, and benchmarks within Green Street’s global commercial real estate intelligence platform.
Alliant, the marketing data and analytics platform backed by private equity firm Inverness Graham, has acquired AnalyticsIQ, a predictive analytics and people-based marketing data company. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings AnalyticsIQ's audience modeling and cognitive-psychology-driven data into Alliant's transactional audience graph and names AnalyticsIQ CEO Scarlett Shipp as CEO of the combined business.
InformData Holdings (InformData, LLC), a people-data provider to the background screening industry, has acquired Sentinel Information Systems, a nationwide motor vehicle record (MVR) data and DOT compliance platform. The deal expands InformData's direct-source MVR data and risk-management capabilities and enables integration of Sentinel's data with InformData's Continuous Activity Monitoring (CAM) technology.

RIBBIT, a provider of alternative bank and payment data, has acquired ValidiFI, a specialist in fraud, compliance and risk-mitigation solutions. The deal — led by RIBBIT with support from existing investor ABS Capital and new investor MissionOG — combines RIBBIT's predictive analytics and data assets with ValidiFI's verification capabilities to expand product breadth and create a larger alternative database of bank and payment data.
NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aspirent, a data, analytics, and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta, from majority owner Summit Park. The acquisition adds more than 230 data advisors and technologists to NTT DATA, bolstering its analytics, data engineering and advisory capabilities across partners such as Azure, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake.
Arcadia, a climate technology company, has acquired Urjanet, a global utility data provider, to integrate Urjanet’s utility data and APIs into Arcadia’s Arc platform. The acquisition expands Arcadia’s data coverage across more than 9,500 utilities in 52 countries (covering 95%+ of U.S. residential and commercial accounts), enabling broader energy optimization, payments, and carbon accounting use cases.
Gallant Capital Partners made a strategic growth investment in SJV Data Solutions and Wholesale Screening Solutions to combine the businesses into a leading independent people-data platform serving the background screening industry. Founders Scott Vanek (SJV) and Matt Lowers (WSS) and additional management remain material owners and will lead the renamed combined business while advisors Stifel and Baker Tilly Capital advised on the respective transactions.

The acquisition will integrate PTX's property tax data, county-specific tax-roll information, and electronic tax-record management tools into Ryan's workflow to expand the firm's data and software capabilities for managing and minimizing clients' property tax liabilities.
Ardian's North America Direct Buyouts completed the acquisition of PRGX Global, Inc., a technology-enabled recovery audit and spend analytics firm headquartered in Atlanta. Ardian will control PRGX and support acceleration of its technology roadmap (including the Verigon Solution Suite) and growth initiatives, with Michael Lustig named CEO.
NTT DATA Services has agreed to acquire Hashmap, a data engineering and analytics consultancy headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, to strengthen its cloud data, analytics and AI capabilities. Hashmap— a Snowflake Premier Partner with Databricks and other cloud partnerships—will expand NTT DATA Services' ability to help clients accelerate cloud data modernization and operationalize AI.
Qlik has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Knarr Analytics to enhance real-time collaboration, data exploration and insight capture within the Qlik Sense analytics cloud platform. Cint has acquired 100% of P2Sample, a U.S.-based programmatic sampling platform, to expand its audience reach and strengthen programmatic sampling and AI-driven fraud detection capabilities.
