Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its intention to commence a tender offer to purchase up to $5,000,000 of its outstanding Class A common stock at $0.21 per share. The company plans to fund the repurchase using existing cash on hand and expects to launch the offer after filing its Q1 2026 Form 10-Q, subject to board and regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

CATIC, a Rocky Hill, Connecticut-based title insurance and services company, has acquired Lane Guide Lenders On Line, Inc., the Reno, Nevada–headquartered operator of the Lane Guide online lender resource. The purchase adds a longstanding lender data and directory business (founded 1957) to CATIC’s family of companies to expand its data and service offerings for lending, real estate, and investment stakeholders.
