    Syndigo, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, has acquired SellPoints, an Emeryville-based eCommerce optimization platform and subsidiary of ConversionPoint Technologies. The acquisition expands Syndigo's enhanced content and conversion analytics capabilities to better serve brands and retailers across its syndication network; terms were not disclosed.
