Engineering Services Acquisitions in Delaware

Atwell, LLC has acquired Karins and Associates, an engineering, surveying, and planning firm with locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The deal expands Atwell's surveying and engineering capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic and adds Karins' team of more than 50 employees to Atwell's national platform.

EN Engineering, a Kohlberg-backed engineering services platform, has acquired TG Advisers, Inc., a Wilmington, Delaware-based turbine and generator consulting firm. The acquisition expands EN's power services capabilities by adding TG Advisers' expertise in troubleshooting, outage planning, O&M optimization and training for utilities and power operators.
