Engineering Services Acquisitions in Mississippi

Godspeed Capital Management LP made a strategic growth investment in Engineering Resource Group, Inc. (ERG), establishing ERG as Godspeed's new MEP-focused engineering, consulting, and design platform. The transaction will support geographic expansion across Mississippi and the Southeastern United States while ERG's principals retain meaningful ownership.

Alpine Investors launched Trilon Group, a newly formed engineering services platform, naming Waggoner Engineering as Trilon’s first platform partnership. Alpine will invest up to $200 million to grow Trilon through talent investment and targeted M&A; Waggoner will continue to operate independently under its brand.
