Taymax Group Holdings, LP, a large Planet Fitness franchisee backed by Trilantic North America, has acquired MJ Fitness, an operator of four Planet Fitness clubs in the Huntsville, Alabama region. The deal adds MJ Fitness's ~32,000 members and ~60 employees to Taymax's footprint, bringing the buyer to 65 clubs and representing an add-on acquisition and regional expansion for the platform.

KEPRO, a Harrisburg-based care management organization, has acquired Health Information Designs (HID), a U.S. vendor of pharmacy administrative services and healthcare analytics. The acquisition expands KEPRO's pharmacy management and analytics capabilities, adding HID's prior-authorization, drug utilization review and decision-support solutions (HID serves 39 clients and more than 18 million covered lives).

Centre Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm, has completed an investment in Bradford Health Services in partnership with the company's management team led by CEO Clay Simmons and CFO Chip Stephens. Bradford Health, based in Birmingham, Alabama, operates 30 clinical facilities across six states offering inpatient, outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment; the partnership is intended to accelerate growth and expand access to affordable care. NXT Capital provided debt financing and Coker Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to Bradford Health.
